It was easy to work with this West Hills team. As I put feelers out on a Jeep we have been eying for a few weeks I received a text message back regarding the details. One of the major reasons why we choose West Hills is they were not charging over MSRP for their vehicles during the microchip shortage. However, everyone was easy to work with. We didn't feel pressured into getting something we didn't want. This dealer was over an hour away, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to get our next Jeep there. More

Had a horrible experience with the sale team and service department. The sales person sold me the incorrect truck, when working with the GM to correct it, the GM agreed to terms to trade in the vehicle, w department. The service department tried to fix a recall, which they did not fix and now I have to pay for it. When my car was in their bays, they refused for me to get my kids car seat nor get it for me. I have sent multiple emails to the GM and managers, but no avail. Being prior military, they said that they wanted to support the military, however, at every step, they do not want to help nor correct any of the issues. More
