I started my day simply looking around, seeing what my options were, and walking around getting ideas about what I wanted. As we were actually driving off the lot, Freddy came out after he finished with his customers to find out more about what we were looking for. He put us at ease and gave us ideas and input on what we were wanting in a new vehicle. We told him we'd be back in a bit. We met with another sales person from another dealership who tried to show us similar cars to what Freddy wanted to show us but we told him we would look around and returnd to West Hills CJD and waited to Freddy's help. He took the time to find out exactly what the two of us wanted, as precise and picky as we were, and took the time to go on test drives. The whole time, joking but still maintaining a very professional demeanor. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything that day or looking at a car that we clearly were not interested in. He took the time to listen and uncover our exact needs and wants in a vehicle. The whole experience was incredible and I can't imagine ever going through another dealership. Thank you Freddy for your hardwork and patience. I'm sending everyone your way in the future. More
I went to West Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge for my friend in the need of mudflaps. But that turned me wanting a new truck that met the needs of what I needed. So I got ahold of sales associate Cody Watts to in the need of mudflaps. But that turned me wanting a new truck that met the needs of what I needed. So I got ahold of sales associate Cody Watts to appraise my trade in they gave me a good price for the trade in so we walked the lot for a used truck found one that was a little out of my price but wasn't to pricy just didn't have the finances for it. So Cody Watts found me another truck that was exactly what I needed and much better price and great deal. Cody Watts was one of the best sales associates I've ever did business with. Definitely go back there to purhcase another vehicle. More
Amelia listen and understood what I wanted and delivered a great product. I was only at the dealership for a short period of time while being treated very well by all the personal. Tyson the salesman was good to deal with, but did not care for the "closer", some of the dollar figures did not add up correctly and I had to question it. I don't feel I should have to be so vigilant to care for the "closer", some of the dollar figures did not add up correctly and I had to question it. I don't feel I should have to be so vigilant to make sure they are not seperating me from every last dollar they can. They ran a credit check on me even though I had not intention of getting credit with them or anyone else. That left me with a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. More
I was shopping for a new car for my wife and stopped in at West Hills Jeep to compare sizes on the 2011 Jeeps. Freddy greeted me at the lot and was very accomodating with pricing info and general vehical at West Hills Jeep to compare sizes on the 2011 Jeeps. Freddy greeted me at the lot and was very accomodating with pricing info and general vehical info (a side note, many dealers I visited had very little knowledge about the cars they were selling. Freddy answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgable about the cars features). I had only intended this to be a scouting visit of sorts. Freddy exhibited NO PRESSURE at any time during this experience. After a long talk with him about the car (a 2011 Jeep Patriot) I decided to get the wife and go for a test drive. Fast forward about two hours and she had her new car. I don't think this experience could have been any better. Freddy even set the new radio stations in her car and moved everything from our old car into the new while we were signing paperwork. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership again based on my dealings with Freddy. More
I originally came in last weekend (jan 30th) and spoke with Thomas and enjoyed his enthuziasm immensely. He was more then happy to work with me and point out any vehicle he thought I might be interested with Thomas and enjoyed his enthuziasm immensely. I looked around and told him that I would have to wait until this weekend (feb 5th) to make any kind of a decision because I needed to get my fiance's opinion. Thomas kept in touch with me through out the week letting me know what kind of deals were going on and if he had anything new that came on the lot that I might be interested in. I came back in today (feb 5th) and was a little earlier than Thomas expected but he was fine with that and he introduced me to Frank who them worked with me on looking at a couple of vehicles he thought I might like. He showed me a Jeep that both my fiance and I liked and then he showed me the Dodge Nitro and we fell in love with it at first sit. The price was perfect as well as all of the features it offered. Frank asked us if we wanted a test drive and we couldn't pass it up. During the test drive he was very talkative and explained all of the features and everything that it had to offer as well as what the dealership had to offer. We got back to the dealership and he asked what we thought and we told him it was perfect. So we went inside and started crunching some numbers and everything was just perfect. They were both fun to talk to and very energetic about getting us the car that we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone I talk to who is talking about getting an affordable vehicle and a great place! More
Less than stellar credit, the need for a vehicle in a pinch, and stress...other local dealerships played games with us, trying to get us to finance something we didn't want so they could make their quota pinch, and stress...other local dealerships played games with us, trying to get us to finance something we didn't want so they could make their quota for the month. In frustration, we took a wrong turn in to the West Hills auto complex and it was the best "mistake" we ever made! Freddy was a patient sales person, the finance department worked their tails off, and we ended up with a family vehicle (08 Dodge Caravan) that is both quality and within our budget. West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge just became our dealer of choice for future vehicle purchases, service on the van, and referrals to our friends and families...THANK YOU West Hills CJD! More
Dallas was really great to work with, he gave me the information that was needed and didnt make me feel like i was an animal on a game farm, i didnt feel like a sale to him but more like a person. Went in for maintenance on my Charger. Saw the price on the 2010 300. Talked with the salesman about this and decided to come in the next day to deal. He was very easy to work with and did not push.
