I am giving the above rating based off the sales experience that I had at the dealer. Last time I bought a car I felt as if I was bullied into a price and was overwhelmed with making the decision. Dallas was an amazing sales person and I completely enjoyed the experience. We did not know what vehicle we wanted exactly, but he showed us a variety of different ones based off our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car knowing the different features of each vehicle and how to operate them. I did not feel pressured at all during the car buying experience. I will continually shop and recommend this dealership to everyone and tell them to ask for Dallas. More
My experience at West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge was by far one of the best at any car dealership I have been to. Frank Jeffers was very helpful and insightful. I had been looking at buying a new car for a while. I was pretty set on the Jeep but really HATE the car buying experience. I have done it a few times in my past. I called Frank Jeffers and told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. I told him I would vist around 530 that night but showed up at 300 instead with a very unreasonable demand. I had two hours to test drive, go through the whole wheeling and dealing process, get financed and sign all of the papers. To my suprise, Frank had most of the paperwork and haggling done before I got there and even had the car waiting for me. In my line of work I buy a lot of equipment and deal with some of the greasest sales men in the business, you have probably met one or two of them in your time. Frank was anything but a "car sales man". He actually cared about my finances and my family. I showed up with my wife and 11 year old son and he was more than respectful, he made them feel comfortable. He also cared about my reason for having to get the process done in such a hurry, my daughter being droped off by a school bus from a track meet more than an hour from Bremerton. I feel that Frank gave me a better deal than another car lot out there. I can say that because, like I said, I had been shoping around for some time. That makes me feel confident that I made a good decision on the car I bought and who I bought it from. I would and will return to see Frank when I am in need of another vehicle. If I haven't said it already, thank you Frank. I love my car and I got to my daughter right as she was pulling up in the bus.... 30 minutes early. I owe you a lunch! Frank was low-to-no pressure when I came onto the lot looking for a good used Jeep. He was knowledgable about the vehicles, explaining technical advances and other arcane automotive details that were a looking for a good used Jeep. I loved West Hills. We went there last year to see about trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless trading in our car because of financial difficulties and due to how off balance what our car was worth and what we owed they couldn't help us unless we had a down payment (understandable).. But they did refer us to a different insurance company which cut our premium in HALF! And helped out incredibly. We saved up some money and went back a few months later. Frank found several cars for us with wonderful safety features! (Seeing that I am pregnant and want to know my family and I are safe.) We now got out of our old financial burden and into a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber that will pay for itself alone in gas savings. Thank you West Hills! We love our new car! More
