I own an older Jeep (2 dr) Wrangler and its engine finally gave out. I went through my bank and got pre-approved before going to the dealership as well as found which dealerships the bank partnered w finally gave out. I originally was looking at the Kia's, however I phoned the dealership first and the salesperson was rude when I told him what auto buying program I was going through. I looked up 5 dealerships total. I then decided to drive to the Haselwood auto group (knowing that Jeeps were perched at the top of the hill). Before I got there I received a message on my phone from Salesperson Amelia Reisman. Apparently the online form sends the dealerships a message that I am interested. So I went in and asked for her. 4 hours later I drove my new jeep home. Amelia was friendly, a fellow Jeep owner (girl) and was very knowlegdeable. She talked to me about what specials were offered at Jeep and thought I may get a better interest rate. I decided to at least check out what their finance dept could do. Brian in the finance dept got me a better interest rate and he even worked on it the next morning from home on his day off. This I have to say was the best car buying experience I have had to date! I got what I wanted, I didnt feel any pressure from anyone, the atmosphere was fun and I will (and already have) recommended them to my friends! Also out of those 5 dealerships that received emails that I was interested in their vehicles...Amelia Reisman from West Hills Jeep was the ONLY one who followed up and contacted me. More

We went to West Hills just to look but ended up actually buying. There was no pressure at all but I just fell in love with the car. Mel Blanton was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman. Frank Jeffers is the man!! Then when I was ready to buy, I walked in and it couldn't of been any easier. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, so they called around and found exactly what I was asking for. The negotiation of the price seemed like they just wanted to give me the best deal possible, and after looking on the internet, I can see I did. We went to West Hills looking for a Jeep Patriot, Shawn was the first salesman that approached us upon our arrival. We ultimately decided on the Liberty, Shawn was very helpful, upfront and honest with us through the whole process and made an otherwise stressful situation very easy and actually quite enjoyable. We asked for some specific changes as well as additions to our vehicle with out too much of a variation in the price of our Jeep. Shawn made every effort to accommodate all of our requests. We would highly recommend West Hills CJD and Shawn Kelley to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

From the second I walked in the door until the next day when they drove to pick me up to pick up my new Jeep, they were always concerned about my needs and getting me the right vehicle and the right price. Speaking of, you will be pleasantly surprised at West Hills willingness to drive a hard bargain. The only less expensive option would have been to steal the vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership and especially David and Frank. Well done! More

Dallas was an amazing sales person and I completely enjoyed the experience. We did not know what vehicle we wanted exactly, but he showed us a variety of different ones based off our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car knowing the different features of each vehicle and how to operate them. I did not feel pressured at all during the car buying experience. I will continually shop and recommend this dealership to everyone and tell them to ask for Dallas. More
