Mel was very helpful. Took our cue about what we were looking for it. When it turned out they didn't have it in stock, he didn't try to sell us another car (as many sales folks do). It was kinda late (between 6-8 pm) on a friday night and wanted to see what kind of Jeeps that the dealership had and Mel took the time and showed us (me and the husband) several different Jeeps (like 5 i wanted to see what kind of Jeeps that the dealership had and Mel took the time and showed us (me and the husband) several different Jeeps (like 5 in all) and told us the pros and cons of each one and letting us decide which one I (we) really wanted to buy. Then Mel did a summary of what it would cost and payment plans. We had no expectatiion of buying a Jeep that night and Mel understood that and we told him we would be in the next day (Saturday) and we would talk. Well we (me and the husband)had some unforseen things happen and we did not get to the dealership till about 1:00- 1:30 ish and Mel had waited for us. We talked and of course in of talking about price you always hit snags and we talked some more till we (me, the husband and mel)were at an agreement. After that we were talking to the money fellow and like always when you sign your name to anything it took a few more minutes than normal, but he made it easier by laughing at my husbands jokes and bantering with him. I own an older Jeep (2 dr) Wrangler and its engine finally gave out. I went through my bank and got pre-approved before going to the dealership as well as found which dealerships the bank partnered w finally gave out. I originally was looking at the Kia's, however I phoned the dealership first and the salesperson was rude when I told him what auto buying program I was going through. I looked up 5 dealerships total. I then decided to drive to the Haselwood auto group (knowing that Jeeps were perched at the top of the hill). Before I got there I received a message on my phone from Salesperson Amelia Reisman. Apparently the online form sends the dealerships a message that I am interested. So I went in and asked for her. 4 hours later I drove my new jeep home. Amelia was friendly, a fellow Jeep owner (girl) and was very knowlegdeable. She talked to me about what specials were offered at Jeep and thought I may get a better interest rate. I decided to at least check out what their finance dept could do. Brian in the finance dept got me a better interest rate and he even worked on it the next morning from home on his day off. This I have to say was the best car buying experience I have had to date! I got what I wanted, I didnt feel any pressure from anyone, the atmosphere was fun and I will (and already have) recommended them to my friends! Also out of those 5 dealerships that received emails that I was interested in their vehicles...Amelia Reisman from West Hills Jeep was the ONLY one who followed up and contacted me. More

Frank Jeffers is the man!! We went to West Hills looking for a Jeep Patriot, Shawn was the first salesman that approached us upon our arrival. We told him why we were there and he immediately took us to see the Patriot, We took it for a test drive and were not crazy about it, We went back to the dealership and Shawn showed us a few more Jeeps, Including the Liberty and Liberty Jet. We ultimately decided on the Liberty, Shawn was very helpful, upfront and honest with us through the whole process and made an otherwise stressful situation very easy and actually quite enjoyable. We asked for some specific changes as well as additions to our vehicle with out too much of a variation in the price of our Jeep. Shawn made every effort to accommodate all of our requests. We would highly recommend West Hills CJD and Shawn Kelley to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
