OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. MEL WAS AN EXCELLENT SALES PERSON, WORKING WITH MY WIFE AND I OVER A PERIOD OF 4 DAYS. HIS POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS WAS VERY HELPFULL, AT NO POINT DID HE TRY TO PUSH PERSON, WORKING WITH MY WIFE AND I OVER A PERIOD OF 4 DAYS. HIS POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS WAS VERY HELPFULL, AT NO POINT DID HE TRY TO PUSH OR FORCE US INTO A DEAL BEFORE WE WERE READY. BOTH SIDES WERE VERY UPFRONT WITH THEIR INTENTIONS, EXPECTATIONS AND NEEDS. THIS HELPED OUT IN THE LONG RUN. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE RAN INTO WAS A VERY FRUSTRATING MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SALES MANAGER (BRETT), MEL AND US. I HAD CALLED AHEAD AND SPOKE TO BRETT, TO INFORM THE DEALERSHIP THAT WE WERE GOING TO ACCEPT THEIR FINANCING AND NEEDED A CALL BACK FROM MEL WITH A TIME TO COME IN AND SIGN THE PAPERWORK. MEL CALLED US, AND WE BROUGHT OUR TRADE VEHICLES IN TO SIGN PAPERS AND BE OUT THE DOOR. 2 HOURS LATER OF SITTING THERE, WE WERE INFROMED THAT WE WOULD BE THIRD IN LINE, THEREBY TAKING ANOTHER HOUR PLUS. MY WIFE EXPRESSED HER DISPLEASURE WITH THE SITUATION AND THEY MANAGED TO GET US IN NEXT. I CURRENLY WORK IN PROFESSIONAL SALES AND KNOW THAT IF I SCHEDULE A TIME TO HAVE SOMEONE COME BACK INTO MY OFFICE TO SIGN PAPERWORK, THAT I NOT ONLY HAVE THE PAPERWORK READY, BUT THAT WHEN THEY SHOW UP, THEY ARE MOVED TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE. THAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT. More

Mel was very helpful. Took our cue about what we were looking for it. When it turned out they didn't have it in stock, he didn't try to sell us another car (as many sales folks do).
