We just purchased our second used vehicle from West Hills and couldn't be happier with the customer service we received! My overall experience was good almost great. My only issue was the day I did go to the dealership to see and test drive thee jeep Freddy was detained with other customers. So another gentleman showed me the vehicle and went on the test drive. When we got back we then proceeded to cover my short little wish list of thing that would have to happen before I would purchase the vehicle. The jeep had not been detailed yet and smelled like an old ashtray. Plus there was a shaking issue when I went fast on the freeway 60, or any time I applied the brakes. I told him if they remedied these issues I would gladly purchase the vehicle, I told him I was not comfortable signing anything with a price on it either until later that evening after we came back from the bank. He had to run it by the manager he said and he did, he told me that even though it was very unorthodox for them to do this they would and they would be sendiing it off to service and to get detailed. I left the dealership and within 20 minutes Freddy was calling telling me that another sales associate had taken the jeep out on a test ddrive with other people that where interested. I was quite irritated I felt very disrespected in what had taken place. I told him I still would not sign anything with numbers on it until I showed back up after 4pm. None the less I got Ben to go there and I showed up later a little after 4. They where just starting to go over the paper work and when ended up closing the deal. I believe Freddy really did try to meet my needs but I was inconvienced with all the miscommunication between him and the other sales associate. I am still trying to adjust to this vehicle and the smell, the detailing job was not a very good one at all. But I do feel like Freddy really did an overall good job and hope he is still with the company in a cpl years when I will need another vehicle. I know that this type of job can not be easy but I know he really did try to meet my demands on my budget, and I think he did a great job! Thanks Freddy I will hopefully see you again there. More
Dallas did not pressure sales and listen to all my criteria. When it came to negotiations, I told him what I was willing to pay one time and he did not pressure me for more. I will give credit to Tyson in sales, when I bought my car in July with my Husband I was pleased! I would've recomended them to ANYONE! Tyson was great. The service manager Chris called me after seeing my review on facebook and offered to make good.. So of course I accepted.. It's to bad he LIED on the phone, wasted my time and money then LIED again to my face! I am floored he made it to manager!! Manager's shouldn't lie to customer's. I already drove the 2 hours to get the service done because he promised reimbursment so my oil change would've been done either way as I needed it done. Well that was in OCTOBER... It's december and I have not received the check yet. Overall I would RUN away from service there! I would consider buying a car again if Tyson was there but never get any service packages with them, apparently they make it so it's only good there and not at other dealerships.. We're a military family so obviously we move alot, but it was implied we could transfer the services to a local shop.. NOPE.. Thanks for wasting our money. More

Freddy listened to what we were looking for and offered us a vehicle based upon those criteria. The final paperwork procedure was the smoothest, easiest, and least painful procedure I have ever been through at a dealership. HIGHLY recommended. More
I was contacted by sales person Tyson Stanley in reference a new Dodge p/u. Tyson gave one quote which was much better than the other dealerships I had contacted. He also has a vast knowledge of the vehicle from options to capacities and comparisons evaluations with other venicles. We met Mel as soon as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and I appreciated his "no pressure" salesmanship! Having gone through the "new car purchase" so may times before at other dealerships, we were not the easiest people to please. He was patient, professional, and a joy to work with. His perserverance was impressive and really knew his product. We never felt any pressure to buy and would definately recommend him and the dealership to anyone. We have owned a lot of high end vehicles and just love our new Grand Cherokee Overland! It's great to own and drive "American"! More
