Mel has the skill to LISTEN, which is something many sales people do not do very well. He answered all my questions direct, which is something I appreciated. Another important thing to me, was that Mel did not try to sell me a different vehicle, other than the one that I was interested in. After the purchase was completed, which included a spray in bed liner, Mel contacted the firm they use and had them immediately pick up the truck. The job was done that afternoon, and the truck was ready when I returned with my Wife to drive it home. He even had the gas tank full!
