I had been looking for a specific model used car with lower mileage and good gas mileage on line for some time, and found it at West Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Having to travel from out of state to no lower mileage and good gas mileage on line for some time, and found it at West Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Having to travel from out of state to not only drive it, but to view it, was a bit scary, but Amelia, one of the sales people at West Hills made the whole experience a heck of a lot easier, and took out much of the stress. After a fair description of the vehicle, questions about everything from mileage to service records, being sent a number of photos, confirming a carfax and a few shots of the engine, I was 85% decided, but flying in to buy a car you've never driven would make anyone a bit nervous. Amelia answered all my questions up front, and even offered me a pick up at the airport the day I arrived. After driving the car, it was everything that was promised, and following purchase, which was agreed upon prior to my arrival with a few service items that needed to be arranged prior to my test drive, I felt really good about my choice. They were willing to hold the car for me with a small deposit, pretty uncommon from my experience with dealerships that pretty much want to keep inventory moving. There was no haggle and no up-sells at the dealership, they did what they said they would do, and even threw in an oil cap I noticed had a small crack when examining the car. The purchase went smoothly, and I headed out for my return drive home, which was about 700 miles, a bit risky to do in a car you don't know very well. Overall, the car ran very well, and when I did encounter one issue on the way home, West Hills even worked to resolve that, despite the fact that the car was sold "as is". I am very pleased with the experience I had purchasing a used car at West Hills. I often ask myself if there are any honest mechanics left in the world. WOW!!! This is by far the best dealership my husband and I have ever been to. Tyson Stanley was our sales agent and was absolutely phenomenal. Tyson committed his ENTIRE day to helping us find two cars that I have ever been to. Tyson Stanley was our sales agent and was absolutely phenomenal. Tyson committed his ENTIRE day to helping us find two cars that would work for our family. This guy worked through his entire shift; with no break, no lunch and in 80 degree weather!! By the end of the day he was drenched in sweat and not once did he complain! This guy is truly amazing; he found us two cars that are perfect for our family! On top of that he put gas in both cars and made sure they both were going to be serviced properly!! The entire staff there is awesome!! Thomas, who works in the finance department, took care of our paper work quickly and efficiently; he was very pleasant to work with! Never has completing boring paperwork been so fun!!! Tyson was very helpful and very hospitable throughout the whole sale. I really enjoyed him going the extra mile to make my parents comfortable; even just getting my dad a cup of coffee. He fixed a few problems that were deemed unfix-able at the time of the sale and went the extra mile to make me a proud new owner. He walked me through every step the car was taking to be cleared; he then preceded to bring the car to my work, fill the tank up and drop it off during the middle of my shift. What a great salesman. I just bought a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4 from West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My experience with this dealership and particularly with my salesperson, Amelia Reisman, was exemplary. I have bought many new cars over the past 40 years and am used to having to play some very unpleasant games in the process. Much to my surprise, there was none of that this time. My experience started when I found a car that was equipped to my liking while searching dealer inventory. I requested pricing information online after business hours and Amelia replied the next morning with a price that was much lower than I expected. So far, so good. A few days later I decided to make the 150 mile drive to West Hills to look at the car. Luckily I phoned Amelia beforehand; she found that the car had been traded to another dealership and subsequently sold. Amelia immediately went to work trying to locate another car that would meet my needs. Luckily, she found one and arranged to trade for it. My wife and I drove up to look at it and ultimately decided to buy it. We returned the following weekend to pick it up. The entire experience left me highly impressed. Specifically: 1. I didn't have to haggle to get a great price. They came right out with it the first time. I won't divulge the particulars here but suffice to say that once they gave me their number I felt no need to try to negotiate it down; it was a great deal from the beginning. 2. They gave me MORE than high Blue Book for my trade, again with no haggling. 3. They secured the car (traded for it from another dealer) with no money and no signature from me; it was all done on faith. I really appreciated that. 4. Amelia was EXCEPTIONAL. She was friendly, professional, and did everything that she said she'd do. I had a couple of special requests with the car and Amelia handled them perfectly. I'd do business with her again in a heartbeat. 5. When we arrived to take delivery the car was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully detailed and stored in their indoor delivery bay. It was wonderful to have such a pleasant car buying experience with absolutely no hassle or haggling. I highly recommend doing business with West Hills and Amelia Reisman. More

He located the vehicle we wanted, and after discussing a few details about pricing, we went for a test drive. I did not feel pressured in ANY way at all by Frank. During our discussions we discovered a few commonalities, and had a few laughs. Frank is an aswsome salesman who allows the vehicle to sell itself, and does not pressure his client. Blessings! More

He found us a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer with 20,000 miles on it and it was within our budget! He was very knowledgeable and he did not pressure us at all when it came time to the purchase the vehicle. He made sure we were completely satisfied before we were ready to purchase the vehicle. He made the experience virtually PAINLESS (as painless as buying a expensive necessity can get) and did not waste our time in the least. What's more, is even after we purchased the Lancer my husband noticed a few, minor problems with the car and Tyson took care of all of it. His smile did not waver and he was always happy to help. After this experience my husband and I will always return to West Hills in need for help or services, we are very happy customers and would highly recommend West Hills to anyone especially if they are helped by Tyson. Mel has the skill to LISTEN, which is something many sales people do not do very well. He answered all my questions direct, which is something I appreciated. Another important thing to me, was that Mel did not try to sell me a different vehicle, other than the one that I was interested in. After the purchase was completed, which included a spray in bed liner, Mel contacted the firm they use and had them immediately pick up the truck. The job was done that afternoon, and the truck was ready when I returned with my Wife to drive it home. He even had the gas tank full!
