Overall we were very happy with our experience at this dealership. We found the perfect truck and they worked with us to get a great price. I have had a career in sales lasting over 20 years (12 in automotive sales). This experience at West Hills, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge has been by far my best auto buying experience. Dallas Howell, was attentiv automotive sales). This experience at West Hills, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge has been by far my best auto buying experience. Dallas Howell, was attentive, listened to our needs, and helped us find the perfect vehicle. He played no games with us and made the buying experience outstanding! Ron Pretti, has been the most attentive, professional, and expert finance manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Ron went over and above to make sure we were able to own the vehicle we fell in love with. Bravo West Hills Auto! we came in westhills in bremmerton,wa.to find a new vehicle had specific needs and john keilbasa found us the perfect vehicle not onley did it fit our needs it is also economicle.we love it it is a 201 vehicle had specific needs and john keilbasa found us the perfect vehicle not onley did it fit our needs it is also economicle.we love it it is a 2013 dodge journey a small suv that has the 7 passenger and 4 cylinder had for a week and put over 300 miles and still had a 1/2 tank of gas.climbs the hills nicely.thank you john keilbasa for all the time you had spent with us and listening to our needs.i will recommend this dealer to everyone.i recommend john keilbasa for your sale rep. i live in sequim,wa.and had a bad experience with a dealer in port angeles which is closer to us but called diff.dealer,s john and i spent time on the phone before we went there.good choice.thankyou all for working the #,s work for us.-linda More

After an exhausting and aggravating experience buying a new vehicle at a Jeep dealership (north of Seattle, and reviewed by me too) I was back in the market for another one. I went to West Hills Jeep and new vehicle at a Jeep dealership (north of Seattle, and reviewed by me too) I was back in the market for another one. I went to West Hills Jeep and found the car buying experience one could only dream of! My sales guy, John K., was amazing. From the moment he introduced himself to the time I drove my new Wrangler off the lot he was polite, professional, and treated me as if I were a friend. Throughout the entire car buying process, not ONCE did he pressure me into any decisions or uncomfortable situations, which seem to be common practice elsewhere. While we were negotiating prices and discussing options John gave me a tour which included him introducing me to his manager, the parts store, and service department. He made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond to provide me with his utmost attention. The day after I bought my Wrangler from John I came back to the dealership to return some paperwork to the finance office and pick up a couple accessories from their parts store. This time I brought my wife and 2 sons along with me. I was so excited about my time spent at West Hills and was so impressed with the family-friendly comfortable environment that I had to bring them in to share my experience. My wife and oldest son were treated to coffee, refreshments, John making fresh popcorn for my 6 year old, and then went and got him a cool surprise too. My wife also got the opportunity to see the parts store, service department, and meet some of the awesome staff that were there. West Hills Jeep, and especially John K., thank you for restoring my family's hope, faith, and most importantly trust in a car dealership once again! More

This is our second Jeep Wrangler purchased at West Hills Jeep/Dodge. We bought the first jeep back in 2010 and everything worked out great. Our sales person Freddy was very helpful and honest-- he took hi Jeep/Dodge. We bought the first jeep back in 2010 and everything worked out great. Our sales person Freddy was very helpful and honest-- he took his time with us and made sure he answered all our questions before we committed to this large purchase. Thank you Freddy! Then recently, we just bought this 10th anniversary Rubicon from West Hills of course. Sales person Chad was the one who first showed us this Jeep from the back while they were preparing it for the showroom. Chad was very helpful as well. He made sure we got everything we wanted/needed for our new jeep and we walked out of the place satisfied. Also, Freddy made sure that all was going okay during this purchase, so Chad and Freddy ended up working together to close the deal. Thank you guys....Good job as always. Justin Frauenfeld did a fabulous job. He listened to what I wanted, what I could afford and what I needed in a vehicle and helped me find the Jeep that was EXACTLY right for me. He never pressured me what I wanted, what I could afford and what I needed in a vehicle and helped me find the Jeep that was EXACTLY right for me. He never pressured me or tried to get me to take something I really didn't want. He always said, "We can make it happen" when I explained my sincerest wishes in my vehicle purchase. Justin and I went on an excellent test drive that gave me a clear feel for the car and what it could do in various situations. When all was said and done, we had spent several hours working out the details and I have to say, I would GLADLY buy another car from him. I will most certainly send people to him. Additionally, the finance person was wonderful. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he did a great job and I enjoyed working with him, as well. Thank you so much. I love my new "used" suv and have absolutely NO buyer's remorse! More

Memories get attached to the whole thing, remembering the person who sold you the car. And enjoying the car. I really enjoyed our time at West Hills Dodge. Even wandering their lot and admiring other beautiful cars they had was really fun, while ours was getting ready to go. 5 stars!! More
