West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Down to earth employees Took our jeep in to replace serpentine belt. I knew the jeep needed other maintenance work but could not afford it at this time. Husband is disabled and it all falls on me to take care of jeep. Kind of hard when you really don't know half the stuff but I am learning. Scott was not only friendly but kind and did not make me feel bad when he pointed out we really had not taken the jeep in for any service other than oil change and it has over 50,000 miles on it and I told him I couldn't afford all of it. Maybe we could do it a little at a time. He said it would be fine and he could point out the stuff that should be taken care of first....priorities basis. When I saw the total, I felt really bad because I know it is out of our budget. He did not make me feel bad. He was sensitive to our budget and suggested the W.F. Advantage Credit Card. I didn't think we would be approved but without pressure, he said I could give it a try if I WANTED to. I thought, what the heck. So we tried. We got approved and the jeep is now in tip-top shape. Scott could have just brushed me off and replaced the serpentine belt and I would have left feeling bad knowing the jeep needed so much ( which I already knew). It is not like he tried to scare me into getting more done, you know, spend more than I should have. Again, no pressure....sensitive to our situation and did not make me want to look down when I told him I couldn't afford to pay for it all at once. Kudos to the person who hired him. More

They, mechanic on Mile Hill, Port Orchard, WA, said go to West Hill, in Bremerton. So of course I did & am very surprised at all the Good Service. Because of all this good service I did decide to have that 'Clunk' Fixed @ $2,289.oo & they are lending me a Rental Van for the 2 or 3 day's it will take to fix my Van. For I am taking people 3 or 5 Lady's to a Monday night meeting & same-thing Tuesday to Seattle & back, then Wednesday is our 'Play' BYU Singers in Bremerton. Grateful for the experience Buying a new vehicle is an inherently stressful process. I spent a lot of time deciding what truck I liked best before zeroing in on the Dodge Ram. Buying a new vehicle is an inherently stressful process. I spent a lot of time deciding what truck I liked best before zeroing in on the Dodge Ram. I suffered through many sales persons at many different dealerships, before I felt comfortable taking a real shot at buying a truck from West Hills Dodge. My sales rep, Cody Watts, was terrific from start to finish. When my friend and I arrived, Cody was out putting gas in the truck I was interested in buying. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but almost more importantly, when he wasn't absolutely sure, he would say. He answered all of my questions, even when those answers weren't necessarily in his best interest. He could have fibbed or double-talked, but he never did. He was patient, going on an extended test drive, and even testing out the four wheel drive features on gravel. The worst part of any car sale is the negotiation phase. When we sat down at his desk, he gave me a very reasonable offer from the beginning, particularly compared to other prices I was able to extract from other dealerships. I traded in an 11 year old truck, and got very fair value for it. The negotiation process didn't last long at all, and based upon my extensive research, I got a very fair deal. The financing part was also pretty painless. Kevin Romine was incredibly knowledgeable about the finance piece, interest rates, and specifics about the loan process. He offered plenty of additional warranties but didn't push them at all. Although it was a long day, it was an incredibly rewarding one. When my daughter is old enough, I would have no concern about sending her to Cody and Kevin. Thanks for the great experience. More
