Awesome I was sent to this dealership by mistake, I usually go tot the Toyota Dealership for my oil changes. But this dealership way made up for the mistake. I was able to entertain my kids the whole time with their popcorn and great selection of toy cars. In fact I had to carry my son out crying because he didn't want to leave. Best part though was they finished half an hour earlier then expected. More

He answered my questions and when he did not know, he found out and got back to me promptly. Not happy with being charged for a rental! We took our 2012 town and country in because the check engine light was on. I was very happy that Charlie was able to get me in right away! I was told it would take a day to find out what is wrong with it and I could pay for a rental. I agreed to do that. Charlie called later that day to say that the van had an error code and needed to be fixed and that it is covered under warranty. He also said the van is not drivable till fixed and the part need is on back order and didn't have an estimate on time of arrival. I asked about keeping the rental longer and he said that was fine but I would still have to pay the $35 a day rental fee. I understand having to pay for the rental for the diagnosis but now that it is something that is covered by warranty and the part to fix it is on back order you would think I wouldn't have to pay for a rental. I'm just so frustrated! More
