New Jeep Rubicon Purchase I stopped by to see what they had since I wanted something a little smaller than my Ford Superduty. I knew I wanted a newer Wrangler Rubicon. Very n I stopped by to see what they had since I wanted something a little smaller than my Ford Superduty. I knew I wanted a newer Wrangler Rubicon. Very nice and helpful staff showed me around and Joseph took us for a test drive in an Unlimited while my truck was being assessed. They worked up the numbers and I was pretty happy...so a couple hours after walking in the door, I was walking out in a brand new Unlimited Rubicon. PS - Make sure to double check yours comes with a trailer hitch / tow package as some, like I found out the hard way (the next morning), do not have it as a standard item. Parts are going to run another $300 bucks plus labor now that I noticed it. They window etch all their cars for security purposes which is nice....but they will pass along the $286 fee when you get the bill. They do offer a good maintenance package for oil changes if you buy them bundled at time of sale; one less thing to worry about later on. More

Head injury, really hard for me these days in the fast moving world. I keep up, but get overwhelmed easily. I was in a desperate situation. My car gave it up all at once with no warning. I live in a rural area near Bremerton but 30 miles from nearest town. I was at a loss as what to do. We went over a week stuck and carless. I had called another dealership and told them my situation. The dealership took my info told me they would work on a deal and that’s about it. I called them every day and they passed me from guy to guy with no real answers. All's I needed them to tell me is if they could get me in a car as I am on a fixed income. I was told to call at a certain time on a Wed. I called no one was there. That night my wife pulled up West Hills Chrysler jeep Dodge Ram on the internet and I got the phone number. It was 6 o'clock at night when Rico Catabay answered the phone. I told him my situation he said no problem he would get me in a car. The next day he picked me up at my house in the car I was originally looking at online. I was in disbelief, I thought what service is this? When we got to the West Hill dealership need less to say I was overwhelmed as it is big -- full of fantastic cars. I told Rico I was out of my element and he told me no problem he had me covered. The whole purchasing process was the best day I have had in a long long time, everyone was patient and friendly,and very accommodating. Its not easy dealing with things sometime when you have a head injury. I was treated with respect and in a totally professional manner. I drove away with a wonderful car, and a great payment. Rico and the crew at West Hills have restored my faith in people again. As of this date the other dealership still has not called me back. I was a little taking back with this shark style attach and would suggests to all of them a slightly more relaxed approach. Next thing that really stand out to me is that our salesman would repeat information 2 and sometimes 3 times. Being nervous and new I think is what lead to this. So I would recommend that that salesman listen and retain a little bit of what they are saying a what I (the customer) is saying. I repeated the same answer several times as well. Over all my experience was good and I will return again. I would just caution the salesman to relax and don't push to hard even when the manger says to create a sense of urgency. If our salesman would have listened to his manager and pressured me harder I would have walked away. There is no rush, buying a car is a huge commitment that needs to be thought through and needs to be right for the customer. More

I would have to say that anyone in the Puget Sound area would be making a BIG mistake if they did not consider West Hills CJD when they are in the market. My husband did his online research, reviewing ratings, speaking to sale associates, and emailing dealerships from Bellingham to Olympia. We had a list and narrowed it down to a few dealerships we thought had the best price for the package we wanted. The deciding factors for us choosing West Hills Dodge were the customer reviews. And I have to agree this dealership is stellar. Jay Powers the online representative set us up with John Kielbasa that set us up with the perfect truck. For the 1st time my husband and I agreed without debate on the color, size, and price. Not to mention there was no pressure to purchase add-ons and no hidden cost. Now let me talk a little about the customer service experience. Everyone was great and I know this should be expected but John Kielbasa made us feel like family. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to, and very positive. He never spoke negatively about any other dealership, and acknowledged his co-workers in a positive light. I was so impressed that even though I live within 10 miles of two Chrysler-Dodge dealerships, I will gladly drive the 28 miles to have my vehicle serviced at West Hills. I checked my vehicle in with Charlie Brummett, there service consultant. Charlie informed me about how long my stay would be, offered shuttle service to my house(within ten miles). I elected to wait and told Charlie that I would look around. Within two hours Charlie found me and told me the work was completed, and my new license plates were in, To sum it up, Charlie kept me informed, was up on about how long the repair would take, and offered shuttle service. That sure beat the pants off my first experience with the service dept. Thank you Charlie Brummett. More

It was my Husband's birthday and he had told me about this Pickup truck that caught his attention and it was fresh on the lot. He told me the price and the details and we made our way down to the dealership to take a look. Well a few hours later we had signed off on everything and we were bringing the truck home soon. Rico, the other sales folk and the financial lady took very good care of us. And tolerated my daughter's high energy as well as my Anxiety of being even at a dealership. those places make me nervous. we were talking to Rico, he had some Navy sea stories as so did we. So breaking the ice was easy. no gimmics or antics just straight up. i apprciated that. sorry about the popcorn mess. my daughter thought it was an endless supply! Rico made sure to call us to let us know when the truck will be ready. It did take almost a week but i understand the holiday weekend put a damper on things. All the work turned out great and the truck is beautiful! thank you for all your help. More
