Rico was so friendly throughout our entire experience, he listened to exactly what we wanted and never pressured us into anything else. When we didn't see anything we liked he went above and beyond in the office to make sure we could find our van. When I went into the dealership I had no idea I would be walking out as the owner of a brand new car just a few short hours later. Work done on our old 2005 Grand Caravan was done quickly and they were willing to 'shuttle' while work was done. That said... Disappointed today... We purchased a brand new vehicle from West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge... We went there the day before Thanksgiving with an appointment at 3 PM ... we knew exactly what we wanted, color preference, didn't need to test drive, walk around the lot, or a heavy sales pitch. We had financing in place, good credit, and a good idea what our trade in value was. Did our due diligence so we wouldn't have to waste a lot of their, or our time. Made an agreement AFTER 6 PM! (Salesman was double teaming us - had another customer at another table) Sooo, they didn't have the vehicle on the lot - no problem, can have one here Friday (black Friday with the TV bonus), so we waited all day, vehicle arrived and we took delivery at 7 PM, there was rebates on financing, so we used theirs, finally leaving dealership at 9 pm... only 1 key was delivered with vehicle and an inspection still needed to be done - so we went back the following Thursday for the inspection (still only 1 key) and spent another 1.5 hours there... Now we get the call that they need to make a key and want us to come back for another hour while they program it. My problem... we've already made several trips, wasted a lot of our time, and husband just had surgery yesterday... He is not making trips to the dealership - and I am not leaving him here alone... He asked them to come get the van, do the key, put the plates on it (it still has the temp tags because it is NEW), and return it to us... ANSWER>>> not cost effective to them!!! How many trips and how much time do we have to spend to buy a brand new top end Dodge Caravan R/T from this dealer? Wish we had gone elsewhere!!! Where has customer service gone? Is our time less 'cost effective' than thiers? More

Shortly after we showed up on the lot we were greeted by very lovely young lady by the name of Lauren. She showed us exactly the model we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and even showed my wife a newer version of our dodge. After taking a drive in the wrangler and not being satisfied we turned to the Ram. Lauren was happily running around getting vehicle keys for us. Long story short we drove the truck, the wife wanted it and Lauren made it happen.
