Not only did Jordan ease my frustration and find me the perfect car but did so with an admirable level of probity, poise, and patience. He jumped through several hoops to make this process as painless as possible and I could not be more appreciative of his effort. He is a true professional but most importantly a kindhearted person. Have never had a good experience here. Always finding extra things to charge for.
