My wife and I were treated with respect and Mr. Bull showed an eagerness and readiness to go the extra mile and to answer any questions that we might have. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale. Bottom line he put us in an auto that we both liked and at a fair price. Regards Mr. amd Mrs. Doherty More
We purchased a Toyota Highlander on May 3, 2010....Sales Rep was Patricia Esposito..She was excellent...Very friendly; no presssure...A straight shooter...Someone you would want to be your next door neighbo Rep was Patricia Esposito..She was excellent...Very friendly; no presssure...A straight shooter...Someone you would want to be your next door neighbor !!!! Very impressed how my wife and I were treated by West Herr......Toyota Highlander crushes anything comparable from GM, Ford or Honda that we test drove....Re Toyota acceleration problems of the past, the only acceleration I found was myself, going as fast as I can to take advantage of this great Toyota deal....Nicole Battaro, Fin Mgr was also exceptional to deal with...another one you would want in your neighborhood....Those are accolades that are unsurpassed.......Recommend West Herr to anyone....Ken Monaco More
I went to this dealership looking for a new Rav4. They offered a 4% discount. I had no trade in and a sizable down payment. My credit score is 808 and I was ready to buy.Basil Toyota which is about 10 mil offered a 4% discount. I had no trade in and a sizable down payment. My credit score is 808 and I was ready to buy.Basil Toyota which is about 10 miles down the road offered me a 6% discount which was a good amount for a ten mile drive. Basil Toyota wound up giving me an 8% discount and were very friendly. The sales manager at West Herr moved very slightly on price and did'nt want to talk any further. West Herr made me feel like they were doing me a favor by agreeing to sell me a $24,500 dollar car. Truthfully I think they wanted me to pay for their new fancy showroom. I have bought 2 Highlanders and a Camry from West Herr and that meant absoulutely nothing to the sales manager. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more cars from West Herr when I can be treated like family at Basil Toyota! More
