He was able to quote me on a trade in vehicle with a few photos and a quick conversation over the phone before I drove all the way to Buffalo, NY to finalize my deal and pick up my vehicle. He took what I was looking for into consideration and was able to come up with a proposal on a vehicle without making me come into the dealership to sit down in order to hear the offer. Other dealerships I was shopping with wanted me to come in before they would talk numbers with me, which wasn't conducive to my schedule. In addition to his intial service he continues to keep in contact and help me with any questions I have pertaining to the vehicle. He didn't just sell a vehicle and forget about me.
