I had the pleasure of working with George Cannon to get my 2020 TRD Pro. It was a very simple and quick process. He told me the found a truck and that we could allocate it to his dealership. I confirmed my 2020 TRD Pro. It was a very simple and quick process. He told me the found a truck and that we could allocate it to his dealership. I confirmed that that's what I wanted to do. The car was at the dealership in a about a month. The day the vehicle came into the dealership I drove it off the lot in a little over 2 hours. Purchased a used vehicle This was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have had. My wife had also purchased a car from West Herr Toyota of Williamsville not too l This was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have had. My wife had also purchased a car from West Herr Toyota of Williamsville not too long ago. She swore by them. She recommended that I contact her sales person Kristen Lawrence who was the one that had helped her out. We actually went to the dealership and my wife introduced us.. I knew immediately we would get along... greeted with a smile and a good firm handshake. I told Kristen what I was looking for.... roughly... within a couple hours she had sent 6 or 7 links to vehicles for me to look at... after reviewing what she had sent we refined the search. She asked what I liked and didnt like.. within a couple days she found me my perfect vehicle. It was love at first sight but at a different locatuon... overnight she had the vehicle at her location and I was able to test drive it. No pushing to purchase.. took the time with any questions I had.. very knowledgeable and had driven the car herself so she was familiar with it before I test drove it. This is not what i had expected as i had some rather interesting car buying experiences in my past... I expected high pressure, let me talk to the manager... and received completely opposite to my great surprise. Patient, friendly no hassle no pressure. The whole experience including the credit application and the finance department were just wonderful. I would recommend Kristen and the crew to my immediate family and friends it was that good... I would go back to Kristen in a heartbeat next time I am in need of a vehicle ... she gets "it" and was a dream to work with. More
