Have had some issues of late with 2015 Tacoma. Specifically, mice eating wiring. However, the service dept is always top notch and always fixes these issues promptly and efficiently. Traveled over an hour to West Herr Toyota of Williamsville after confirming interest in a vehicle. During my visit, the used car manager, Jason Peters, stated that if another dealer had offered Williamsville after confirming interest in a vehicle. During my visit, the used car manager, Jason Peters, stated that if another dealer had offered me a certain trade-in value, I should ‘go buy it there.’ This was said before any actual negotiation took place. The tone was unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with West Herr and have yet to receive a response. More

I was super impressed with this dealership. I started with just getting service done on my car. When it came to a purchase of a new vehicle I have never been more happy with the prices and proc I started with just getting service done on my car. This was so seamless and such a pleasant experience I can't say enough. Tom was great! Much care was taken in understanding the new car features. Very very pleased with my experience.
