I have purchased 2 cars from this location. And was always satisfied with the service from former owner. I took my Sienna in on February 15, 2022 because a flashing message said maintenance And was always satisfied with the service from former owner. I took my Sienna in on February 15, 2022 because a flashing message said maintenance required. Even though mileage did not indicate it necessary I asked for oil change. The radio was on when I pulled into garage. When driving home I noticed it was off but assumed they didn't want to listen to it. I didn't drive the car again until this weekend, and when I turned on the radio nothing happened! I thought they had accidently shut off the radio when doing the diagnostic work last week, so I called and was told to bring it back in to the service department. I waited until they said it was going to cost $159. just to look at the radio container! And that would not include any of the cost for repairs if needed. Had my 2015 Toyota Tundra in today for full service. Not pleased. Had to return to the dealership with the tires. Joshua and the West Herr family made buying my new car, the first car I’ve owned that wasn't at least 10 years old when I got it, a truly wonderful experience. I can’t sufficiently articulate how meaningful their service, guidance, and support mean to me. I went into the experience having done significant research into other makes and models, and having settled on the Rav4Prime. However, throughout the test driving, ordering, and buying experience, they made the entire process smooth and easy, no pressure, all support. Now the monthly payments on this awesome car are going to be less than what I used to have to pay in gas for my old car. Thanks to Joshua, and everyone at West Herr, I’ve already told everyone in my circles to come to you when they need a new car. I highly encourage anyone in a similar position to go through West Herr.
