I have purchased 2 cars from this location. And was always satisfied with the service from former owner. I took my Sienna in on February 15, 2022 because a flashing message said maintenance And was always satisfied with the service from former owner. I took my Sienna in on February 15, 2022 because a flashing message said maintenance required. Even though mileage did not indicate it necessary I asked for oil change. The radio was on when I pulled into garage. When driving home I noticed it was off but assumed they didn't want to listen to it. I didn't drive the car again until this weekend, and when I turned on the radio nothing happened! I thought they had accidently shut off the radio when doing the diagnostic work last week, so I called and was told to bring it back in to the service department. I waited until they said it was going to cost $159. just to look at the radio container! And that would not include any of the cost for repairs if needed.
