It was a wonderful experience buying my car from Lee's Toyota. I was impress the way I was greeted at Lee's Toyota. The sales man Rafael was corteous and professinonal. I had visited several cars dealership looking for my best price and financial options, Rafael was very patient to show me all the different models and option packages, also he explainned me about the safety of the rav4. which is rated the best small SUV in the market. Rafael was so confident about his product that convinced me that I was making the best decision. Rafael was straight forward and answered all my questions. Buying my Rav4 at Lee's Toyota was a very easy processand Taking delivery was very quick. At delivery, my car was ready so was my paper work. Rafael intoduced me to the parts and service department which was a sorpice for me that evrything in under one roof. On delivery Rafael set me the first service appointment and explainned me all about the Toyota care program. I say with confidence buy your car at Lee's Toyota! More
I have visited LeBrun 4 times in 13 years to buy a new car. I have never gotten a decent proposal from them for a new car. Last time was a week ago 8/18/2012. The price that they gave me was beaten by 900 dollars by Dorschel Toyota in Rochester and their clear pricing. I cannot recommend that anyone buy a new car here. And it is a waste of time to try. Worst dealer ever!!!!! went there with a vehicle that was worth 15 or 16 thousand for trade in value and they offered me 6 grand for it, and you know they will sell it for 20 and some change...I CANT BELIEVE worth 15 or 16 thousand for trade in value and they offered me 6 grand for it, and you know they will sell it for 20 and some change...I CANT BELIEVE that they would want to rob me like that. the appraiser guy for the used cars is a real TOOL DUCHBAG!! and acts like one too, especially behind your back..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!! they have no intentions on making things work... no call back nothing WORTHLESS!!!! Whenever I've brought my car in for service I have found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my automotive service needs. I've taken my Toyota in for service at other Toyota dealers i the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my automotive service needs. I've taken my Toyota in for service at other Toyota dealers in the Rochester area, but have found the short drive to LeBrun in Canandaigua has been worth the trip! They focus on customer service and will let me know if there are any other service problems I should be aware of, without putting pressure on me to get the work done. Great people, great service, great dealership! More

I highly recommed this dealership if you're looking for a fair deal in the Rochester area. I've found other dealers like Dorschel, Dick Ide and Ontario will unashamedly lowball you on your trade-in, offering fair deal in the Rochester area. I've found other dealers like Dorschel, Dick Ide and Ontario will unashamedly lowball you on your trade-in, offering well below even 'good' condition Blue Book value which leaves you (the customer) upside-down several thousand dollars no matter what. Lebrun takes the opposite approach, seeking high-volume sales and repeat business. If you're serious about buying on that day, expect them to be immediately very aggressive on their pricing. You will find it hard to walk away without making the purchase. This keeps people like myself from returning again and again as a repeat customer. I've bought 3 new cars here in the past two years and plan on buying another next year. I give Mr. Lebrun very high marks for being an honest businessman. Compared to most other dealerships in this area Lebrun seems to be a standout. You would do well to pay them a visit. More
