Matt Casselbury was the dealer that helped me from start to finish and made it an easy and worry free process. He knew I was stressed and remained patient, helpful, answered all my questions, and made feel comfortable through the whole process. I didn't feel pressured at all. Multiple other dealers as well as Mr. Lebrun, and Jeff Holtz came out to congratulate me on my car purchase and were so nice. The environment was friendly and comfortable and I would totally recommend the dealership and the dealer who helped me, Matt Casselbury. I have already sent my family to this dealership and to work with Matt in their own car purchases! More
No customer service! I recently inquired on Lebrun's website about a president's day offer I saw advertised on tv and asked if the offer was good on other models. After waiting a few days, I got fed up so my husband and I ended up buying a Highlander from another Toyota dealer in Rochester. I sent a second e-mail to LeBrun and told them that I bought another vehicle because of their poor customer service and they still didn't respond. Not responding only made things worse. Whoever handles your website inquiries should be fired! It makes you wonder how many other sales they've lost. More
Best buying experience I've purchased 10 or so new cars over my life, and I never had such a simple buying experience as I did with Matt. I called him told him what I wanted and the next night I went in signed only a few paper and drove off with my Scion IQ. Its been a couple days now and I love the car, but today Matt called me just to ask if everything was good. That was cool of him. Thanks Matt More
Exceptional Experience I recently leased a 2016 Toyota Camry from LeBrun Toyota in Canandaigua, NY. My salesperson was Brandon. This was my first lease experience and I h I recently leased a 2016 Toyota Camry from LeBrun Toyota in Canandaigua, NY. My salesperson was Brandon. This was my first lease experience and I had no idea what was involved. Brandon took his time explaining how the leasing program works and answered the many questions I had with patience and understanding. I never felt rushed or pressured to close the deal. On the test drive Brandon explained every feature and of the technology, at times answering my same questions more than once! While going through this process, Brandon was honest and professional. He made me feel as comfortable as if I were taking to a member of my family. Since that time Brandon has followed up with me by phone asking how my Camry was running and if I have any other questions. The Office Manager I met with to finalize paperwork was very friendly and personable. She reviewed all final paperwork with me again until I understood everything. I would highly recommend LeBrun Toyota and will work with Brandon to lease another Toyota when my current lease ends. More

Salesman Chuck remembered me from my two previous purchases in past y After test driving the 2016 Camry LE in my favorite color, I was ready to buy. Salesman Chuck remembered me from my two previous purchases in past years. When I asked him "how much," he gave me a printout with the msrp of $24,130. He never said one word about the Toyota discount or any dealer discounts. When I said that I was not ready to buy at $24,.130, Chuck merely said that if I could find a better deal someplace else, (and implied that I would need the offer in writing), that he would meet that price. I said OK out loud, but mentally, was thinking "why would I do all that work with another salesperson, and then come back and give the sale to Chuck?" He let me walk out of the dealership never mentioning a lower price. I found this treatment very insulting. I will never go back to LeBrun in Canandaigua, NY. More
Service department is horrible I bought a new car from here in 2013. The car buying experience was fine, it's the service department that makes this place awful. Everytime I have br I bought a new car from here in 2013. The car buying experience was fine, it's the service department that makes this place awful. Everytime I have brought my car there for them to fix an issue I have to bring it right back because they never fix the problem or do it half assed. My ac line was blocked and it left a pool of water on the floor of the front passenger side. They unblock the line but left the water on the floor of the car!! I took it in because something rattles inside the door. They greased the hing and told me it was fixed, which of course it wasn't because the problem was inside the door and not with the hing. When I try to explain this they look at me like I'm speaking another language. Just last week I brought the car in because of rust on the back end under a molding and I wanted to see if it would still be covered under the warranty. It wasn't which is fine, but the service manger said they would take off the molding to buff off the rust and wax it. Great! I dropped it off Thursday and when I picked it up on Sunday it wasn't done. The molding wasn't remove the rust was still there. The did wax around the molding and washed my back tires! Gee thanks! I called the service manger, he had me bring the car back in and gave me a loner. The I picked up my car I checked under the molding, and the rust was gone and all was well in the world,until then next morning! I went to get something out of the back of my car and whatever they use to wax the car with was splatter all over the back of my car. All over my stuff, some of which I had to just throwaway! I absolutely hate Lebrun toyota! More

Since this was my first lease and my first new vehicle in almost 10 years, I was i recently leased a 2015 RAV 4 from LeBrun Toyota in Canandaigua, NY. Since this was my first lease and my first new vehicle in almost 10 years, I was a bit unfamiliar with the leasing experience and the technology advancements with Toyotas. But, Steve LeBrun and his staff educated me not only on the lease process, but also on all of the wonderful new technology that I just love! This was also my first SUV, so there was a bit of a learning curve and adjustment, but my salesperson, Dean, and the sales manager, Jeff, made the process easy to understand. I love the customer service that LeBrun Toyota provides.from sales to service to the F&I dept. and office staff, everyone is very friendly and professional. The best dealership I ever dealt with! More

My experience had been with their fantastic service department, but I did not think to rate them earlier. My first with sales has been equally good. Even though I was not able to buy the new car th department, but I did not think to rate them earlier. My first with sales has been equally good. Even though I was not able to buy the new car this year, LeBrun's staff, and especially Nicholas, were very helpful, professional and understanding when the private sale of my old Avalon did not go through. I certainly will return when I'm ready to buy. (I also think it's a shame that one particular unreasonable negative rating can influence the overall rating of such a good dealership. I hope more feedback will soon counteract that.) More
