They were honest and patient for the thousands of questions I probably asked. At the end, I was very happy with decision and now payments on something new and shiny instead of old and boring that I was paying on (repairs). More
Oil change and Tire rotation I could find a cheaper place for an oil change but I am trying to get a report with my local dealership. This is my fourth Toyota since 1981. Unfortunately I had a lapse of judgement and bought another brand once but that did not last long. I am pleased to be able to keep my purchase and service local. I’m sure there will be a time when we can get oil changes more competitive with other dealerships. My wife has been very happy with her Subaru and her dealership. I can’t convert her. Lol More

January 2017: I had an issue with my Chevy Cruze and wanted to trade it in. I found a beautiful 2014 Nissan Murano and went to test drive it. Everything went well so I decided to buy it. Lots of bells and whistles at a great price. I drove it off the lot a couple of days later feeling like I stole the car because the price was so reasonable for the features my car has. For the next 3 weeks I experienced a horrible noise when turning the car on everyday and finally took it in. Turns out the timing chain was broken or about to break. They had my car for a week or two and finally took it to Lebrun Nissan to fix my NISSAN in AUBURN, NY. They, then had my car for about a month. A MONTH. Fast forward to this fall, I am at a client's office and my car won't start. Come to find out my starter is broken. LB Toyota takes it next door to Vision Nissan who has it for a week and a half to fix it. I go to Vision to pick it up and the manager was SO RUDE, asked me to pay an exorbitant amount of money for the starter AND they killed my battery. No one took responsibility for any of this. My suggestion would be this: buy a Nissan from a Nissan dealer... Lesson learned. I will never EVER recommend Lebrun to ANYONE, not even an enemy because what I went through was so frustrating, no one should have to deal with an experience like mine. I still have this car and will for quite some time due to the amount of money I have into it. I can only pray that the cars issues have been resolved and I will not experience anything else like this anytime soon. More

I was set on a certain vehicle, and i'll admit Toyota vehicles have a decent reputation, though i wouldn't say that includes them as being fun or cool vehicles. More as reliable and value holding. But that was gone quickly and i won't ever return to a Toyota dealer. You see, Chuck didn't want his time wasted and seemed rather uninterested in selling a vehicle and was almost hostile. He made it clear very quick - there were no incentives because Toyota and that particular model don't need them to sell -Despite the ten days of Black Friday deals being advertised by Toyota. The same went for interest rates - despite excellent credit, he didn't even offer to look and inform us, after we asked, about the rates. And, well, again, Toyota is so great in his mind that they don't have to wheel and deal to get sales. We sat down and he asked if we wanted to start the paperwork, OR NOT, and also said we could look for our own financing - he made no offer or didn't ask to. Needless to say, we weren't going to beg, don't need to, and the next day i bought a more expensive vehicle at Nissan. I'm glad - it's a better vehicle in every way, and they were nice, professional, friendly and flexible on things. i mentioned this 'incident' to a number of people, including at Nissan, and word is and was already out there about LeBrun. And Chuck, Go elsewhere - you won't get treated right or get a deal there. More

I own 3toyota Slavonic and a Camry in which I have them service there for year and now can’t trust them .This will be my last Toyota .what made me upset I had my car told and made appointment for 9am called x2 to check on the progress was told they haven’t got to it then at the end of the I get a call around 250 to say what I had already told them . And they they had all the parts on head but it won’t be ready until the next day so that is why I’m saying poor service I been a loyal customer for many years just very disappointed .maybe it’s the staff not sure😢😢😢😢 More

frame inspection and rust proofing. Had an appointment due to the Toyota Tacoma frame recall for inspection and rust proofing Wednesday at 9:00am. Was supposed to be done by 4:00pm in th Had an appointment due to the Toyota Tacoma frame recall for inspection and rust proofing Wednesday at 9:00am. Was supposed to be done by 4:00pm in the afternoon, (wasn't). Told they ran into problems and it would take till 4:00pm Thursday, (still not done). Told I could come back at 7:00pm that night due to the fact they have late hours on Thursday and it would be done then, seeing I live 30+ miles away, I told them I'd be back Friday. Back Friday morning and it's still not done, told be done in 20 minutes, an hour later I did finally get my truck back. Then job was free under recall, but after you craw under and see the work done, it should have been free. What a mess. Super thick in some areas, very little spray in others and none in some spots. Spray is all over everything, why didn't you just change the frame? It'll happen anyways, cause we both know, (Toyota and me) that this crap job isn't going to work and I'll be back for a frame in time anyhow. Very poor work, first time for lebrun Toyota since I've had my truck. Worst time to screw up though. Trucks kinda need their frames. I should be called back, given a new frame and the mess cleaned up in my opinion, but I'll probably have to live with it till the frame rotts, before they do the right thing. Bruce Gleason. More

Our Sales Consultant, Tyler Cretelle, was extremely courteous, enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable, We appreciated his willingness to negotiate a fair price for the new car that we are purchasing, a Yaris IA.. Initially the trade in value we were offered was unacceptable, but with a little back and forth Tyler was able to get us an offer we couldn't refuse. Tyler is a super salesman, and super nice too.
