They sold unnecessary protection products on a new lease to our elderly father, such as long term rust protection. It was obvious he was in his 80's! And he had leased other cars so they knew him. They would not return phone calls. They outright lied about policy on returning a leased vehicle when the lessee dies within a few months of signing contract. Then they lied and said they could only prorate the products as of termination of lease but they did not do that. They said pro-ration would be on the final reconciliation from Toyota Finance but corporate said those products are sold through 3rd parties and not Toyota. Did they really think we wouldn’t find out they lied? Did they think we were bluffing when we said we would file complaints with the BBB and NY consumer protection? And post on social media? Stay away from LeBrun! More

Outstanding customer service! I've had two recent service needs that brought me to LeBrun. The first was for a broken headlamp assembly from an accident with an animal. The secon I've had two recent service needs that brought me to LeBrun. The first was for a broken headlamp assembly from an accident with an animal. The second was my regular oil/tire rotation. Both times, and on other previous occasions, the service department is polite, ready for me, has a comfortable waiting area with hot beverages, allows me space and wifi to work while I wait, and gets me out in a remarkably short period of time. This past visit, the service agent even offered me an unexpected coupon to save me money on my bill! I will always buy my Toyotas and have them serviced at LeBrun! More

I don’t know that, so 2 1/2 hours seemed excessive to me to replace emergency brake cables. They did give me a loaner for the weekend. Otherwise they were courteous and helpful I’m revising my previous review More

Disappointed and Disceptive My family has been customers of LeBrun Nissan in Auburn for many years and would give them 5 Stars with their wonderful customer experience and Dave L My family has been customers of LeBrun Nissan in Auburn for many years and would give them 5 Stars with their wonderful customer experience and Dave LeBrun’s personal involvement in the sale. When my daughter moved to Canandaigua , we went to LeBrun Toyota expecting the same level of service and a good deal on a Toyota. My daughter was trading in her Rav for a newer model, but the buying process was a nightmare. The culture seems much different than the Nissan dealership. We expected the same smooth process as the other LeBrun dealership. No such luck. We dealt with a young sales guy who was obviously new as he didn’t know the answers to some of our questions. But, it was the sales manager, Nick, who didn’t really care if we bought the vehicle or not and did not give a very good price on her trade. But, because my daughter had her heart set on the vehicle and we were there for so long, we bought the Rav anyway. When we went to pick it up, we waited 3 hours before meeting with Brandon to finish the paperwork and of course, the overall cost was more and he tried to hard sell us extra warranties, etc.., something we never felt pressure from at LeBrun Nissan. We bought the vehicle anyway because we were there for so long. Now, a marketing piece came in the mail from Nicholas Easton, the sales manager, offering a deceptively high offer on a trade-in. Why couldn’t they offer us that on my daughter’s trade? I doubt very much they would offer over $20,000 on a 2015 Rav 4 along with the $1000 fake check they sent in their flyer. Very sleazy marketing tactic. Bait and switch. A reflection of the overall image they are projecting to customers. Disappointing. More
