They hounded us to get in for a recall- first time did not have the part and had to reschedule. Next time we asked for an oil change and heard a noise in engine. They charged us over $300 and said there's not have the part and had to reschedule. Next time we asked for an oil change and heard a noise in engine. They charged us over $300 and said there's an oil leak but they changed it anyway- put a new air filter in and then announced the engine is shot and need a new one. My mechanic took it in and in 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and the engine DOES NOT need replacing. We will NEVER do business with West Herr Toyota again- they just lost a lot of business and no wonder the service dept. is always empty! More

When my rims needed replacing they had me in and out with the issue resolved, also and kept me informed of all the wait times for services and parts.
