I made an appointment to have my transmission looked at. I dropped it off Friday for an appointment at 8:30 am Saturday. I was informed that he does not work any weekends. The employee didn’t make any attempt other than saying “we offer a shuttle” really?? I am rather upset that at the time of the appointment and the time leading up to it no one could call and let me know that?? I wasted my time and gas and another persons time and gas driving back and forth twice for no reason. Yes I am still upset. More
