I do have to give him credit for his determination and patience. He stuck with it until we were able to work out a deal. I was very happy to ultimately purchase my Rogue from Auto Place Nissan, rather than having to visit several dealerships to reach an affordable price. This is the first Nissan I have owned, and I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship. I trust I will be just as pleased with your Service Dept. More
I bought a car here because after all I went through at other dealers, these guys appreciated the fact I was looking for a quality car, a specific, specific options, and got it - a Nissan Maxima with the other dealers, these guys appreciated the fact I was looking for a quality car, a specific, specific options, and got it - a Nissan Maxima with the minimum of options and my color. Although they didn't have the exact car there, I was tired of shopping around, thought the price was fair and they somehow got my car from another state because it was a rare combo. In the days I had to wait for them to get the car, I went to another Nissan dealer advertising Employee pricing, (which I found out is against Nissan Rules), but it was Dealer Employee pricing not actual Nissan employee pricing - so this other dealer was so desparate they lied to people or rather misled them .. I was not treated well at this other dealer and you'll see my review on them too - and I got the better deal anyways at Autoplace ... More
Dealership Located truck I wanted in Indiana (500 miles away)<br>Dealership wanted to charge me another $500.00 to get the truck from Indiana to NY and drive it here to boot.<br>I ended up picking the truc away)<br>Dealership wanted to charge me another $500.00 to get the truck from Indiana to NY and drive it here to boot.<br>I ended up picking the truck up myself and driving it back to NY.<br><br>Dealership in Indiana said that was against Nissan's policy for a customer to have to pick up their own vehicle from another dealership.<br><br>Had front rotor failure on 2004 Titan (common problem)<br>Repaired rotors and other minor stuff under warrantee: Good experience, No problems.<br><br>3 days later the truck wouldn't come out of 4 wheel drive and front axel made noise.<br>Dealership said the front right side axel shaft was bad.<br>Ordered part, took 3 days to come in.<br>Scheduled service, dropped off truck and got phone call that they needed another part. Other part was on permanent back order and they had no idea of when it would come in (estimate two weeks). I was told to pick up the truck and return the loaner car.<br>Once new part came in they told me the first part was "reallocated" and they had no idea when that would come in again. Looks to me like they sent back the first part by mistake or on purpose.<br>Original part finally arrived and truck has been fixed. Took a month without 4 wheel drive in Western NY in the midle of winter.<br><br>Nissan Service personel tried but dealer wouldn't supply rental or even budge with making amends.<br><br>$33,400 vehicle sat waiting for a $2.19 part for most of a month!!!<br>I should have listened to other Nissan purchasers in the area and used someone else.
