Organized and Nice This is my second time buying a car at this dealer. I am OK with how everything was handled. Attentive and experienced in their work. This is my second time buying a car at this dealer. I am OK with how everything was handled. Attentive and experienced in their work. More

The sales man (Mike) that helped me decide on a rouge was very informative, very helpful and super super friendly! I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to picking out the best car for my needs but Mike was very patient, understanding, and worked to meet all of my needs! More
Amazingly Genuine Service Probably the only experience I've had with a dealership that was not a headache. I've dealt and been to numerous dealerships in both Northern NY and W Probably the only experience I've had with a dealership that was not a headache. I've dealt and been to numerous dealerships in both Northern NY and Western NY and haven't had an experience like this ever! Not only was my sales representative genuine but incredibly patient, understanding, and absolutely honest. He truly kept my best interest, budget and satisfaction top priority. I couldn't of been more grateful for him walking me through my first and by far largest independent adult purchase. I've already made numerous raves and recommendations to literally all my local family, friends and colleagues! More

Autoplace Nissan is now West Herr Nissan of Williamsville .... I have purchased more than a few cars over the past 49 years, but I have never had an experience with a dealership like I just had with West Herr .... I have purchased more than a few cars over the past 49 years, but I have never had an experience with a dealership like I just had with West Herr Nissan of Williamsville, N.Y. I recently purchased a 2001 BMW Z3 Roadster with a few minor issues, which is to be expected on a 15 year old car. Not only were all the issues addressed and resolved, they were taken care of with no extra expense to me !! From my initial contact with Customer Service Rep Ashley Mejia who put me in contact with Used Vehicle Manager Mike Austin and Sales Professional Greg Valentini, to my final sit-down with Financial Manager Jess Present, the service and accommodations provided by these people was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced at a car dealership. I've never written a review on a car dealership before, but I felt the need to write this one .... Seriously, these folks are the best !! .. and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, or recommend them to a friend or family member .. The West Herr organization is fortunate to have these individuals on it's team .... More
Completely Unprofessional First thing, I walk in to the dealership and stand around at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. There was no urgency or customer service, the only thing there were focused was the banter between associates. Now this wouldn't have been an issue but one sales associate could not keep his eyes off my girlfriend's xxx. It was quite obvious and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say she spent the rest of our visit in the car. I finally met with Sachin Chopra who seemed a little new and unsure about the process, so from the get go it was a shaky experience. They undervalued my trade in by 2k according to KBB and was giving me a 6 year finance plan when I requested 5. I finally told Sachin i didn't feel comfortable doing business with the company and appreciated his time and he took it extremely personal. He left me 7 pages of text messages saying how he never had a fair chance. So i enlightened him on my whole car buying experience with them (including my gf's feeling about the place) and he then called me insecure. I wish i could post the text message on this site because i have it saved! More
The professionalism of the staff at Autoplace Nissan was appalling! Whatever could go wrong in a car buying experience did go wrong. The worst part about it all was the staffs reaction to these problems. Fr appalling! Whatever could go wrong in a car buying experience did go wrong. The worst part about it all was the staffs reaction to these problems. From the salesman right up to the general manager! Absolutely the most unprofessional and most pathetic company I have ever worked with. If you want to buy a car that needs over $300 of repairs a day after picking it up and then to find out they sold it to you without a NYS inspection this is the place to go!! Get it together Autoplace!!! More

I was told to come in and I would be taken care of they would beat mike barney nissans price. When I got there I had to wait to be seen ,then the dealer who contacted me pawned me of on someone else because he was to busy. The other dealer was okay but not but would not even budge a bit on the price even after I told her that I was told I could get a better price. I just walked out so mad.Needless to say I just purchased my new Nissan rogue sv family package at mike barney Nissan. Thanks for nothing autoplace. you made me a mike barney Nissan customer for life. More
Service is horrible. Advised 3 times could not duplicate an intermittent problem. Typical dealership excuse. Service told me bring your vehicle when the problem is happening so that we can duplicate the iss an intermittent problem. Typical dealership excuse. Service told me bring your vehicle when the problem is happening so that we can duplicate the issue. Finally, when I was able to demonstrate the problem the Autoplace Nissan service turned me away stating I needed an appointment???Really???? So that you can tell me there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and you are not able to duplicate the problem, right?. There were numerous issues with the vehicle from the beginning. Some repairs were completed; however some were not. For the repairs that were completed it took me 2 to 4 visits to have them look in to it. At my final visit to the service I received the worst customer service ever. This experience prompted me to meet with the owner who at first was listening and sounded apologetic but when I pointed out the failures of his service department(well documented) he became very defensive. When I advised him that one of my issues was resolved at another dealership he told me that it was a temporary fix. Well it was resolved and his department attempts to fix failed every time I came to the service. To be more specific the day after the service was supposedly completed. In the last attempt to create an excuse he told me that they do not have time to fix all the problems and everything was well documented. Well the dealership certainly had the time to take my money for the purchase of the vehicle but they could not stand behind their product. Also, when the owner could no longer produce any excuses for the issues I have presented to him, I was interrupted and treated like a child. I just wanted to remind him that his company success was built through his customers and that he should be more humble as we the customers put the money in his and his employees packets. Please, remember that in the end your dealership would not exist without the customers. The only person who treated me like a human being was the Service Manager. I thanked the owner for his time and since then I have never went back to Autoplace Nissan. In conclusion, I would have not wrote this review but few months after the last visit I received a phone call from Autoplace Nissan sales rep who thought that perhaps I would like to purchase another Nissan from them. I politely explaind that I would be delighted to do business with her; however she would have to get a job at another dealership as I will never purchase another Nissan from her current dealership.
