Service was very good. That being said I was told I need a new windshield washer pump it was broken and hoses are no longer attached they told me there was a scratch/dent o That being said I was told I need a new windshield washer pump it was broken and hoses are no longer attached they told me there was a scratch/dent on front bumper when I looked there isn’t a scratch or dent on the whole car not a mark. I lease the car and this could be a manufacturer problem I haven’t even opened the hood. I’ve been a faithful customer for 15 years always leasing rogues. I do not feel this is my fault and I should not have to pay $266.97 this is ridiculous could someone please reach out to me on this issue More

Greg in finance worked so hard and spent hours on the phone with banks trying to strike a deal that I was looking for. He explained the service warranty in detail and went through all of my payment options. More importantly both Matt and Greg explained all the paperwork in detail with me before signing anything. The receptionist Theresa was also very kind and helpful, and was stocking the beverage station when I walked in making everything look clean and presentable. I would recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone I know. More
