West Herr Kia

I have never been as unhappy with the service I received, or more accurately didn’t receive at West-Herr Kia in Orchard Park. I’ve had my vehicle for roughly six months and in that six month period, I’ve had or more accurately didn’t receive at West-Herr Kia in Orchard Park. I’ve had my vehicle for roughly six months and in that six month period, I’ve had my car there, in their service shop no less than 8 times. On multiple occasions the car has been there for the same exact problem multiple times. They have, in some cases told me things that are flat out not accurate or not believed what I was telling them in the first place. At one point their solution was to connect me with a salesperson who told me that the car I purchased from their dealership 6 months ago had lost half of its value and wanted me to roll over the difference in what they would offer me now (approximately $10,000 difference!) into another vehicle. But the final straw was the last time when they bold face lied to me and told me one of their mechanics would drive my vehicle over the weekend, when in fact it sat in their lot the entire time. It is worth noting that if you buy a Kia your insurance company will increase your rate significantly because of the YouTube Kia Challenge, whether your car is a model that can be stolen or not. In fact, someone in the service department told me their body shop is unable to keep up with the number of vehicles requiring bodywork as a result of the Kia Challenge. More
