I emailed you, Jessica, on May 23 and provided my phone number. No response to email and no call and it is now the end of June! Kia is near impossible to get on the phone unless you have lots if time to wait on hold! I was told by service dept to call Kia direct to see if they could provide some sort of compensation. Amazing though how the day after my initial negative review, the problem was “found” and fixed.
