In particular, our salesman, Chris Flierl, went far and above what he had to do by finding out exactly what we wanted and fitting us to the perfect vehicle. My only negative comment would be that it took forever to complete all the paperwork once we decided on our new 2019 Sportage. Thank you Chris and the entire West Herr Kia staff. More

Dishonest & Shady Management We took my daughter to purchase her 1st vehicle. The salesman Simon assured us we could put down a deposit & the car would be held for a few days as w We took my daughter to purchase her 1st vehicle. We stated our intentions to come in on Monday evening to purchase the vehicle , but received a text message in the morning that the manager Frank sold the vehicle over the weekend. Will never do any business with this place nor would I recommend anyone else to either! Terrible way to run a business! My daughter was very disappointed & so are we!! More
