Even when our credit was marginal the incredible finance manager and sales team worked us into a new Kia that fit our budget and needs. Very unprofessional Sales Manager First impression that this dealership offered was Jon thr Sales Manager who told me he didn't believe that Edmunds was a reliable source for calculati First impression that this dealership offered was Jon thr Sales Manager who told me he didn't believe that Edmunds was a reliable source for calculating depreciation. Ok major loss of credibility there. He additionally was whiney about negotiating the deal for my vehicle because he openly complained that the dealership wouldn't make enough money. As someone who has been a Sales Manager, and General Manager overseeing a sales organization i can honestly say i was appalled. Additionally i was buying a service loaner with 2500 miles on it and Jon was trying to pull the car out from underneath me and replace it with one that had twice the mileage and the rear quarter panel had serious scrapes. He wanted to send the vehicle i wanted to Lockport so they could get their extra use out of it. Therefore he expected me to pay the same on a lesser quality vehicle. They even pulled in and detailed the wrong car and it wasn't until my salesman had to explain that this was a dealbreaker and that Jon was about to pull out the rug on a lined up deal that the ol' switcharoo was corrected. He had the xxxxx to tell the person i was working with that what could i expect from a used car. I will say that for the $2500 i saved off sticker from a new vehicle i expect it to be in near perfect shape. Needless to say i got the payment i wanted by securing my own financing which was far better than what was offered, and not spending a single penny on the needless add ons that were offered my way. Next time i will purchase from my same salesman but i will not go anywhere near WH Subaru as long as Jon is there. That said the other employees there were fine to work with. More
