I am normally very happy with this dealership and it's operations. I had a scheduled appointment on February 21st at 8:20am. My normal counter guy was not there, so I already had apprehensions about how t operations. I had a scheduled appointment on February 21st at 8:20am. My normal counter guy was not there, so I already had apprehensions about how the service was going to go. I was in because I had my engine light come on and not go out this time. We've been watching it....feeling that it was related to the gas tank stopper not sealing (no final click anymore) all the way. Apparently instead of walking 10feet to the waiting area, I was sent an email... .never got it. So delay right there. When I was finally approached it was almost 2 hrs of being there. That was all fixed - but my rear brakes also needed repair - which I knew would be next on my list to do. I was told that it would be about 2 hrs to do it. So said okay, please fix. Since it was going to be just 2hrs, I was offered a ride home via the shuttle - I normally would just stay there, but I needed to check on my dog. So I went home. After 2 hrs with no word I started calling the shop. The girl who answered (also was new to me) took info and then no one called back. I wound up calling back again, and just asked to the van to come get me I would wait there. So now it's about 1230pm. She put me on hold and then I was told The van driver was on lunch.......finally I get picked up and brought back to the dealership somewhere between 3-330pm. More

I recently had to take my Kia in for service for a heat issue I was having. The issue was not presenting itself to the dealership and the car appeared fine when first examined. I knew that something still issue I was having. The issue was not presenting itself to the dealership and the car appeared fine when first examined. I knew that something still wasn’t quite right and explained this to the dealership. I’d like to commend the team here for listening to me and trusting my word. The team continued to look at my car until the issue finally decided to flare up. It would have been easy for them to send me on my way and dismiss the issue but they were respectful and heard me out despite not seeing evidence of it the first time. I really appreciate this. They worked with Kia to resolve the issue promptly and the service manager Casey was professional and kept me informed. He made sure I understood the process and the solution. They also personally walked me to my car and displayed a high level of professionalism and courtesy. I trust this dealership a lot especially as a young woman. They didn’t hesitate to hear me out. Would definitely return for any future car needs! Thank you Casey and team. More
