Sold me a brand new car with a chewed wiring harness after 5 days, Then said it’s not warranted so turn it into my insurance. My insurance inspector covered the damage less deductible but said it was hi after 5 days, Then said it’s not warranted so turn it into my insurance. My insurance inspector covered the damage less deductible but said it was highly unlikely this happened at my house. He couldn’t understand how any rodent could get where the damage was. I lived here since 1980 and two other cars and a Winnebago parked next to the new car. Not once have I had a chewed problem of any type. Insurance adjuster said he would see if they wanted to investigate it. Claim is paid and closed. After 3 car purchases I won’t again do business with them. Find someone else to buy from Follow up: I received several calls and texts from someone named Ken. He stated they wanted to reimburse me for the co-pay I shelled out to my insurance. I said that is appreciated. Instead of a check I received a letter offering me 1000 off my next purchase. Does anyone tell the truth at this place? News flash I will never buy another vehicle from them. I am stuck with the new one but my old one that I have I will be trading next year elsewhere. More

My first visit to the dealership was on Friday, and I was driving home on Monday in my 2021 Kia Forte! Took test drives of two 2021 Fortes, fell in love with the second one. Financing arranged, registration arranged, insurance with my carrier arranged, and I was on the road. The process was quick and easy, but with no pressure. I was told that WestHerr has 39 dealerships! They'll find what you're looking for. My granddaughter bought a 2024 Telluride earlier in the day. Her 3rd vehicle purchase from Craig. Purchasing a vehicle is a very large investment so you have to trust the person, and the dealership, that you're working with. Craig Florkowski and WestHerr are a winning combination! When I had my '09 Impala, I always had it serviced at WestHerr Chevrolet,(where it was purchased in '09 when the dealership was Glen Campbell)through Nick Valvo my service advisor. Always satisfied! I got an excellent deal, thousands cheaper than other dealers. Valuation of trade was a little low, but I did negotiate up $1,000. Sales people I spoke with were very helpful and not pushy. I was never asked the question that signals a salesperson who is ready to take advantage of a buyer's ignorance, "What would you be comfortable with as a monthly payment?" Mike and Leah were very good to deal with, and buying was overall a very good experience. More
