Nathan and the team were on the ball trying to find our new car. After several months we decided that we would wait and order our 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring in Silver. Nathan was very helpful with this process. Gave us updates on the progress every step of the way. Our car was finally built in March 2023. Nathan called us right away to give us the good news. When it arrived he called us and let us know it was finally here!! We picked our new car up yesterday and even that was a good experience. Nathan met us at the door and took us out to see our new car. With a bow on it. We were so excited! We met Josh and were able to walk through all the financial paperwork easily. We had a good experience with this purchase and would highly recommend Nathan and West Herr! More
