Buying my new CRV-Ex I just purchased a 2017 CRV-Ex from Tony DeTraglia at Ontario Honda. Upon my first visit, Tony answered all my questions about different Hondas, gave I just purchased a 2017 CRV-Ex from Tony DeTraglia at Ontario Honda. Upon my first visit, Tony answered all my questions about different Hondas, gave us a brief tutorial on a CRV-Ex and allowed us to test drive one. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the purchase process when I returned to buy one. Tony even had a silver model already for me to look at when I came in. All of the registration, financing ( thanks Stephanie) and insurance paperwork was handled for me over the course of 2 days. Upon pick up today, Tony spent over an hour with me, explaining the sale step by step, going over all relevant Honda materials then sat in the vehicle with me and patiently demonstrated what my vehicle can do. I'm so excited to get to know my CRV better. And since I have previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I am confident Ontario Honda will take good care of me and my car as we enjoy this ride together! More
