Once the customer leaves the salesman's office he has possibly lost a sale to another salesman(dealer). Jeremy was very clear that he wanted to make a sale and would like to work with me to make it happen. When I explained to Jeremy that I was only starting my search and had other cars for my wife to test drive he listened to me and was not overbearing. I am very understanding of the fact that he makes his living trying to get signatures in order to pay his bills.
