Excellent process. BEYOND AMAZING customer service Tony DeTraglia worked with me on a pre-owned non-Honda purchase. He was informative and patient with my questions. Although Ontario Honda could not match my trade-in price that I was quoted at CarMax, I bought the car from them, but then I had no way to get to the store. Tony OFFERED to come get me in ROCHESTER - ON HIS DAY OFF, and drive me out to Canandaigua so I could get my car. Wow Wow Wow!! He came and picked me up in the morning, got me to the dealership, and I was out the door in 1/2hr. I would totally recommend working with Tony if you get the chance!! Sarah Bonsu was also excellent in getting me the information that I needed to make up my mind before coming in. More
