My husband and I have purchased numerous cars from Ontario Honda, now Victory Honda and were always pleased with the sales and service. Since the name change, we purchased a HRV and the service has be Ontario Honda, now Victory Honda and were always pleased with the sales and service. Since the name change, we purchased a HRV and the service has been terrible. Because the dealer gave us the wrong keys, our dog, on a very hot day, was locked inside. The dealer could not get a key to us, so we had to break the window. Since then, the car locks inadvetently and the alarm sounds. The dealer will not fix this. Over the past few years, Victory Honda did not require appointments so you only had to show up. Today, I showed up for a 15 minute oil change, but now they require appointments. It would have been nice if they would have alerted customers of this substantial change. They said could wait 1 1/2 hours, but had no loaner cars. The work did not get done after I drove for about 40 minutes to get there. I'm dine with Vectory Honda. I'll be going to Subaru. More
