Took my new Odyssey there for an oil change a few weeks ago. I waited for it and, because the waiting room was full, I was sitting in a chair somewhat behind the service reception desk. What I witnessed ago. I waited for it and, because the waiting room was full, I was sitting in a chair somewhat behind the service reception desk. What I witnessed was truly painful. There was one guy (I want to say "Brett", but I might have the name wrong) who definitely seemed to know what he was doing and was reasonable with customers, but was rude to his fellow employees to be the point of me wondering how they had not filed a "hostile workplace" harassment suit. At one point he berated a salesman telling him that he can't use the bathroom at the dealer anymore because he stunk it up too much. He mentioned that "it's probably because of your diet, you fat, disgusting slob". The employee said he didn't need this s**t anymore and would just go home to use the bathroom. Brett said that was good and that he should take a shower while he's at it, because he stank. I'm witnessing this, mind you, and it really makes me uncomfortable. Brett also was completely condescending to other service employees. A grade A jerk. While I had no altercations with him -- and I didn't see him be rude to customers -- I can only imagine that this place is so toxic to work at that there is no way they can get quality employees. BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!!!! DISHONEST STEALERSHIP!!!!! TL;DR: They will first give you a cheaper OTD price in the email beforehand. After you put down a deposit and wait for almost two STEALERSHIP!!!!! TL;DR: They will first give you a cheaper OTD price in the email beforehand. After you put down a deposit and wait for almost two months for the new car to arrive, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN QUOTE and will give you a higher OTD price on the day you pick up your car at the dealership. They will claim that the price in the email is wrong due to their mistake but you can tell that's only an excuse because THEIR ATTITUDE IS VERY BAD AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT HONESTY OR CUSTOMER'S FEELING AT ALL!!!!! While I was looking for a 2022 Civic back in September, their BDC/Internet Manager Corrine O'Malley sent me a quote with an OTD price of 29.3k with a breakdown of all fees (i.e., taxes, DMV) for a Civic being built 10/18-10/22. I agreed with the price and put down a deposit on Oct 4. After a long wait, the car finally arrived at the dealership on Nov 18. When I drove 1.5 hours to go pick up the car on Nov 23, I received the invoice of 29.9k with the graduate program rebate offered by Honda factory. However, the amount with the rebate should be 28.8k (29.3k - 0.5k = 28.8k) according to the OTD price that we had already discussed in the email. That's a $1,100 difference!! Corrine explained that the number in the email was wrong and she "slipped her fingers" (literally what she said). However, her attitude was very arrogant and said there was nothing she could do. Even after she came back from a discussion with the person who made the final decision, she still remained the same attitude. When I suggested a voucher or anything to compensate for my loss, what she brought up was merely free oil changes. Another sentence came out from her mouth during our discussion, "I'm not going to go back and forth with you! You take it or leave it!" Through her facial expressions, tone, and arms crossing over the chest, it felt like I was the one who made the mistake. She sounded like I was the one to blame by not taking that price. Since she took a leave to have a discussion with someone back there during our discussion, it is totally reasonable to believe such DECEITFUL ACT is what they do at this dealership as a whole. This was a very awful experience. I am not sure who Corrine was discussing with back there (perhaps General Manager Mike Sterzer or General Sales Manager Bill Calandro) and decided not to honor the price quoted in the email, but this is a very DISHONEST and OBSCENE ACT. You should not bait someone to go there, then raise the price and see if customers would compromise with the price. IF YOU CAN NOT HONOR YOUR OWN PRICE, THEN DO NOT PUT THAT NUMBER IN THE EMAIL!!!!! I called the General Manager Mike Sterzer but the lady answering the call said he would not be able to take phone calls because he was busy. Then why were you asking other people to call you in your response to their one-star reviews? So I sent an email to both the General Manager Mike Sterzer and General Sales Manager Bill Calandro but have not received any reply from them yet. To someone who is going to reply to this review, there is no need to leave another insincere response, "We are very sorry to hear this, Brian." If you were really sorry, you could have just honored your own price in the email. This should not be that hard for a honest business, or perhaps it is very difficult for you as a DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!!! More

Naturally I looked for every possible van review out there and only 1 minivan was constantly mentioned for being the best, the Honda Odyssey. Victory Honda isn't too far from us so I decided to take a look at their inventory, website was nice with great photos so I decided to take the next step, calling in to set up an appointment to test drive. Now, I usually hate this part because you'll get some arrogant car sales bro-dude, well not here. I was connected to Ann, my sales person. We showed up to the dealership with my 2 and 1 year old, any parents reading this know this can be a tough outing. We were warmly greeted by staff (including Bill the manager) and Ann was there every step of the way. She answered all our questions, was personable and great with our little ones. Never felt pressure, yes we were conducting business but we never felt like the dealership was pressuring us to buy right that moment. Anyone who's ever had a bad dealership experience knows what I'm talking about here. After the test drive my wife and I still needed more time to think and budget,we said we would take some time. Ann and 1Bill kept in touch, never pushy. We had some back and forth discussions and finally settled on amicable terms. We went back to the dealership and the process was fast and streamlined, I loved it. The price you agree on is the price you get, there was no bait and switch. Scott the finance was great, very personable. I have to mention Katie, who was also another super star. At times our 2 year old son would get a little bored and out of control, this could have easily killed the deal simply because we wouldn't be able to stay at the dealership long enough to sign anything. She was great with him, patient and caring for him, took him around and even played with him... it really meant the world to us. Thank you. Honda to me represents reliability and practicality. Victory Honda of Ontario delivered service and quality, it's a pleasure to have done business and my family and I look forward to doing business with them again. We love knowing that we have a quality product and a quality team behind us. We love our new Honda Odyssey and Victory Honda! More

Great overall experience except no sale made because an accessory charge that could not be removed was overlooked in coming to a selling price on the phone. Easy people to work with.
