I made my first appointment with the Service Department for a NYS inspection the 3rd week of September for September 29th. Alan was fine, but he told me that it would be at least an hour to do the inspect for a NYS inspection the 3rd week of September for September 29th. Alan was fine, but he told me that it would be at least an hour to do the inspection. What frustrated me is that after an hour I went back and saw that my vehicle was still where I had parked it and asked if it was done and it wasn't, at that point Alan grabbed a mechanic and asked them to inspect my car. After an hour and a half wait time it was finally complete. I never heard or experienced in the past that it took this long for a simple inspection on a 2022 vehicle with less than 7000 miles. I'm not sure if I will go back for service work except if I have warranty work that needs to be done! More
