WOW! ! Surprised on how giving a company is yet so terrible to those dealers that they sell those trades to, Dealers that support them, have helped them ge ! I have purchased a LOT of vehicles from this company and after several deals that have gone really bad due to their "West Herr Guarantee" I will no longer trust this company. This is my personal and professional warning to all dealers who have done business with this company...especially those buyers at the auction in Erie PA where West Herr represents their cars with this xx "West Herr Guarantee" Totally a scam that really means you are buying the car "AS-IS" while at the same time displaying a "Green Light" that represents a safe purchase from major defects. Poor Business...so sad. More

Not pleased with service after the sale, also finance manager as difficult to deal with. Had a bedlner installed; first one was incorrectly done, second has the same issue.
