COVID-19 issues with parts delivery caused my car to be in the shop almost 6 weeks. West Herr did everything else they could, including installing new tires while waiting for parts. The only thing I can say is when I got my car back there was a chink in my car's body nowhere near the accident site that was not there before. I check my car regularly but I can't prove it happened at the shop. More
