Michael who handled the recall on my 2016 Ford SUV was very efficient. He was done in less than 15 minutes. Very fiendly and explained this new "in my driveway" service. Customer service was extremely poor for the west Herr collision department . There was no communication or return phone calls as to progress on the vehicle in the shop being worked on or when the work w collision department . I think it is important for you to know t your vp last week. I have been a loyal West Herr customer all the way from Brooklyn, New York since 2012. I think it is important for you to know that I do not hesitate to drive six hours one way for both service and sales. I have brought my girlfriends vehicle for service as well. (She used to think I was nuts for driving to Buffalo for my cars and service...she is a believer now!) I do not buy cars anywhere else, and when I have made the mistake of bringing vehicles to Advantage Chevrolet in Brooklyn, for example, I usually end up driving up the following weekend for real West Herr service as they often misdiagnose or do not fix the problem. I must give a huge shout out to your Used Car Sales Manager John Foster at West Herr Ford of Hamburg. John has been taking care of me and my family for years and I do not go anywhere else and would never do business with anyone else. He is a gentleman and he does honest business. Your customers are in perfect hands with John. If I could recommend him for the topmost position in your dealerships, I do so without hesitation. We could really use West Herr quality and service down here in Brooklyn. I would implore you to consider acquiring dealerships in the Tri State area. I predict you would do great business here, as all of our dealerships are horrible. Again it was a pleasure meeting your vp and thank you for always providing me with West Herr quality.
