I purchased a 2016 xts in March I was told my interest rate was going to be a 10.0. But due to me having a thin file for credit on a Saturday when most of the paperwork signed. Come back Monday 2 days later, to be told my interest rate now 12.1 I was very upset had found a car I liked and everything 90% completed. I ask finance why they change score due to thin file etc credit score @ the time 730s I complained to the actual dealer which told me and insisted that I will get the best deal with finance thru them LIARS. TOOK MY MONEY AND THROUGH ME TO THE WOLFS, Interest rate 10.0 he then tells me that have nothing to do with him contact finance. I left 2 messages never called back its now 5 months still haven't heard back. 5 months I was not going to say nadda but it's been wearing on me thin. I'm paying more in these 5 months when I was promised different. I then within that week called the lender I told them exactly what happened they told me that the dealer sets the interest rate so now I'm like to whose lying. Lender said if the dealership wants to honor the 10.0 they will adjust. I reached out in March still waiting. Now let me add when I spoke the actual dealer about interest rate again 2 days later after no response from finance his advice was to refinance the car after owing 2- 3 days I asked around they said no never don't do that I assisted on going through my bank @ an interest rate between 4.4 - 8.1 % interest, I should of followed the signs, I made it perfectly clear thus was my 1st new car purchase/ experience and this what I get in retur. Smh, I also complained about floor mats to my dealer they said nothing they can do its a used car I can get mats at there dealer rate which was insane. So I ended up buying my own,, Didn't get my spare keys for a week or so. Also now 3 months in I need tires now. When I feel they should have been charged b4 purchase, then also I needed wipers within 3 months of ownership. I'm now working on a business vehicle I shall definitely go else where and will do finance thru my bank. HORRIBLE 1ST TIME PURCHASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM WEST HERR LINCOLN OR THEM AS A WHOLE. NEVER again!!!!! DEFINITELY NAD EXPERIENCE. THEY WILL TAKE UR MONEY AND LEAVE U OUT TO HANG ON UR OWN. I'm more upset with the finance dept. More then the actual dealer, but the dealer didn't even try to help me with anything I needed of them in my eyes there all in the same boat. More
Lifetime customer no more!!! I went in to discuss turning my lease in and look at new vehicles, I was right off the bat made to feel as if I was not good enough and told that maybe I should take some things my lease in and look at new vehicles, I was right off the bat made to feel as if I was not good enough and told that maybe I should take some things off my “wish list” which mind you was everything that I have in my current vehicle so I wanted to have it all in my next one and wanted to look at seeing about the price either being the same or less which would have been great!!! But instead I was told that it wasn’t possible and I would be paying 100-150 more per month more if I wanted the same vehicle!!! Are you kidding me!!! I have been leasing the same model vehicle the last 10 years with no changes to the features and there maybe ever being a few dollar difference, how is it that you’re going to Jack the prices up that much and try and make me look stupid. I was also going to be putting a large down payment towards it as well and the payments were still higher. The Sales rep started to get an attitude with me and she was clearly not willing to help when I did start taking features off it or asking what we could do to get it down. I don’t care what your tenure is in the company if a customer is asking for help with trying to get something or even asking for a little more explanation on something don’t belittle them for not knowing it or understanding it the first time. i honestly left the store in tears and will never do business there again. We walked into westherr with every intention to lease. Salesperson came back with lease numbers of 380 a month with 0 down.. Seemed a bit hi, so we left. Did some research, then went to a smaller dealership. We got 265 a month with 500 down.. for the same lease terms (3 year 13.5k per year)! This is my 2nd bad attempted purchase experience with westherr.. I will not give them a 3rd chance. I don't mind people making money.. But don't make all your money on me! That sales manager giving the salesperson the numbers lost a sale that night and a customer forever. Over the life of the lease, that's over 3,600 out of my family's pocket!! don't be greedy Westherr! More
Never buy from here Bought a $16,000 car from this dealer. It didn't even last 3 years. When I brought it to them to be fixed because I have an extended warranty, they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. It was constantly not starting, I was getting stranded in the middle of winter with young children. Brought it back and forth to them for 5 months. They wouldn't fix it, said if they can't diagnose it they can't fix it or use my warranty. They told me the only option was to buy another car from them. Excuseeee me? You sold me a car that didn't even make it to 3 years and you want me to pay another $16000 for another?. The general manager told me that sometimes cars end up being garbage and not lasting long, it's not west herrs fault that their cars sometimes only last 2.5 years.... whatttt? Never again. More

All they would say was taxes and fees,no details. The sales manager acted like I stupid for saying it didn't add up. Finally I walked out. I later get a text from the salesperson saying they had miscalculated in the amount of about $30, and claimed the Ford Website price I had printed out was somehow wrong to account for tho other $20. Awful Customer Service Leased a car in May and had a flat. Couldn't get a service appointment for a week. When I showed up they announced after waiting 50 minutes they didn't have the tire in stock but did in Hamburg. Was going to be at least 2 more hours. I asked why they didn't get the tire in stock since I was coming in and all I got was dumb looks. Left and went to Dunn Tire. Done in less than an hour. After the poor leasing experience I'm do e with West Herr. More

Later that day the check engine light came on and I called and was seen the next day. The repairs were done in an expeditious manner and once again Crag went over the invoice in regard to the repairs. West Herr was respectful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others. Craig is an integral part of the West Herr. More
