Great location great response and turn around time on my truck. BUUUUTTTT, go in knowing what your vehicle is required to have done at required interval, mileage. Stand your ground and stick with the manufacturer recommended service. Spark plugs on my vehicle not required until 100,000 miles not 30,000. Unless you tow heavy loads. As far as sales go, never! My most recent experience at Dodge for my Jeep to be serviced was less than par. My vehicle was dropped off for my state inspection, tire rotation, a radio/display issue, automatic engine shut off issu serviced was less than par. My vehicle was dropped off for my state inspection, tire rotation, a radio/display issue, automatic engine shut off issue and still making a squeaking noise that wasn’t fixed back in May 2022. Inspection, tire rotation and automatic engine shut off done. Radio needed a new part, and they still couldn’t figure out the squeaking noise. My vehicle was in their hands for 8 hours to accomplish all of this. The manager called me 15 minutes before they closed to tell me my vehicle was done. FIFTEEN minutes!! And not a single phone call throughout the day as to what was going on with my vehicle, their excuse was that they were “busy today”. The manager expressed no sorrow that I had wait and waited and waited all day to hear about my vehicle. Because if you call, no one answers the phone, nor calls you back if you leave a voicemail mail. The day after picking my vehicle up, I went to use my USB cord for my phone and it is no where to be found. This cord is stored in the center console and never removed from the vehicle. Yet an employee of Dodge Ram decided that the cord was theirs for the taking, even though it was not left out in plain site. These cords are not cheep at $30. After this experience I will NEVER return to dodge. Their customer service is the xxxxtiest I’ve ever experienced and their “trusted employees” steal from customers vehicles. Absolutely disgusting.
