Seeing how other shops I've been to, always seem to forget without their mechanics they would be another vacant building, hopefully west herr realizes that good, smart, hardworking techs are not a dime a dozen I'd hope that west herr goes above and beyond for the amazing mechanics on Scott's team and hopefully those diesel techs aren't out looking better paying shops. It's not like west herr and management (Scott bieler) can't afford higher pay rates. More
