hello:i get a call on Wednesday b the manager saying they want my truck and have the guy who sold it to me call me back.I get the call back and he tells me about the truck and seta up a time on Saturday to l want my truck and have the guy who sold it to me call me back.I get the call back and he tells me about the truck and seta up a time on Saturday to look at it.Then he calls back on thursday saying they sold the truck.I told him I was coming in to look at it then he says there was no deposit when there was nothing mentioned about a deposit for it.so I wrote a complaint.I get a call about the truck by a manager and he was telling me they have a lot of dealers who can take trucks from each other dealer but when i spoked to the guy on Wednesday to look at the truck they should of not sold it.then there trying to tell me theres a buy out after the 6 years of paying like 640 a month of like 20k.i told him for a truck at 46 k i would just take a loan on it from my bank where in the details there was not a thing mentioned about a ballon payment at the end of 6 yrs.i told him im not leasing im buying and your ad has no mentioning to it.so basically there covering up there mistake.I guess it will be time to find a new dealer like i told the manager that's like the 4th time i had problems with them.I don't think someone is going to pay on a truck for 6yrs to buy it then have to give like another 20k at the end.try to cpme up with better excuses.they need better communication between members and not lie to customers to make up for there screw us More
