I’ve been a loyal customer for leasing and service through West Herr Ram since 2020. I’ve leased 2 trucks through them and have been there many times for routine service and inspections. On January 5th I went in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The service was finished around 11:45am. Well something went wrong with the filter for the oil change and it leaked significantly for the next few hours without me knowing obviously. I left Orchard Park and went home for a few hours, then around 5pm drove out to Niagara Falls. Well this is when I found out there was an issue because of the burning smell coming through the vents and the check engine light coming on. I immediately stopped on the side of the thruway and looked under my truck to see oil leaking and going all over. Luckily the service shop was still open and I talked to Ian. so i called them and told them everything that happened. There was no sympathy or apologizing whatsoever and didn’t seem to care as I was stuck on the side of the thruway when it’s 25 degrees out with no heat. After figuring out the towing through Chrysler, they towed me to Joe Cecconi as it was tbe closest Chrysler dealer in the area. I contacted my salesman as well and was told over text told there was nothing they can do as they closed for the night but will let the service manager know in the morning. I tried calling him to explain what exactly happened but he denied my call. I finally got towed after waiting an hour and a half at this point. Now January 6th At 8:27am I got a call from Joe Cecconi that they already brought my truck in and also confirmed the engine light being on. I told him to wait on doing any service so I can talk to west herr first to confirm what to do, if my truck was being towed to there location or if Joe Cecconi was taking care of it. Well Ian finally called at 9:06am and the first thing he said was “How did you make out last night”. Great thing to hear after dealing with this whole issue. I told him Joe Cecconi called and they can do the work if needed. Well Ian said he would contact them to see exactly what was wrong and give me a call back to let me know what is going to happen. Well 10:20am came and Joe Cecconis called me again asking me if they were doing the repairs. Very confused I said what do you mean, I thought Ian called you an hour ago to come up with a resolution, and he told me that he never called. So I gave them Ian’s number and they had to reach out to him. At 11:21am I received a text from my salesman to see if everything was taken care of, I told him no, it’s still at Joe Cecconis and I have no clue what’s going on as Ian never called me back. 11:24am he responded saying he will check into it. 11:49am I still never received any communication back so I texted again, saying it’s almost 12 and I still haven’t heard a thing. 11:58am he responds saying they are waiting for Joe Cecconi for the invoice before Ian contacts me. Well at 1:02pm Joe Cecconis calls me to tell me my truck is all ready for pickup. I went to Joe Cecconis to pickup my truck and they told me the gasket for the filter was broken and the truck was completely empty on oil. The first two pictures are of under my truck on the side of the thruway showing the leak. And the third is where my truck was parked for a few hours during the day. Well it’s now 10:11am on January 7th and Ian, my salesman, or anyone from West Herr has called me. Absolutely horrible service and I will never go back there again. Never did they apologize or even try to fix anything on there own end. I paid them $135 for the inspection, oil change, and tire rotation and this is all what came out of it. Never did they mention reimbursement or show any sympathy at all for the whole situation. Just be careful when going here, and even if you pay them 135 dollars for service, make sure you double check their work so you not stuck by yourself on the side of the road. More

Problem was as I was sitting in the waiting room watching all the vehicles before me be delivered from their service appointments they all came out clean and dripping water having just left the car wash. My vehicle was delivered salty and dirty on the outside as it went in. I almost said something but didn’t feel like complaining. Would have been nice to have been delivered a clean vehicle. These are the things customers remember when it comes time to buy or lease another vehicle. More

My vehicle was having issues and Nick & Jeff were able to get me in right away. The technician Edwin was AMAZING!! He test drove it with me and quickly verified my complaint. He was able to repair my vehicle get me in right away. The technician Edwin was AMAZING!! He test drove it with me and quickly verified my complaint. He was able to repair my vehicle and the advisors were able to expedite the part needed. Also, the service manager Michael Kenneth Rice is the best! Keep up the good work, will be returning next time my Jeep breaks! More
