It was a great experiance all the way around from the operator being pleasant on the phone to dealing with Ron in sales & Mike in finance. I came in with a number that was quoted from another dealer and operator being pleasant on the phone to dealing with Ron in sales & Mike in finance. When the van came in the sticker price was higher and due to the option package I wanted but there wasnt any surprises when I came in to pick up the van the number that I was given was just that no changes at the end.
